Hi there I am ordering online with your company for the first time and am not having a good experience , I placed the order in November ** and the money came out of my account and on December * I receive a email saying that I need to contact your customer service line with a approval number from my bank . so I call my bank and get that number and then I proceed to call your customer service lines … I called * in total being on hold almost a hour , connecting with no one . getting frustrated .. my order number is TN********
