On october *, ****. Three of my bestfriends and I visitited the horror nights for the first time. I availed the disability pass because I needed assistance for my osteoarthritis. Upon going to the restroom, I lost my disability pass at the lower lot and I kindly asked the associate if it is possible to get a new one. They told me that I can get a replacement at the American Express office (at the lower lot) and a manager named Kelly Kriesel directed us at another location to get the disability pass. She told me to walk all the way down to “Ghostbusters maze” and once we got there, I was extremely shocked when Alysa and Jace, another associate told me I cannot get the pass there. At this point, I was experiencing excruciating joint pain from my legs and I could barely walk anymore. The fact that I talked to * different associates without getting a proper solution made me really upset on how Universal Studios treats the disabled individuals like me. In addition, another associate named Jace stepped in with the issue and to my shock, he accused me of being a liar, telling me the American express office was closed this whole time and did not believed us when we said we talked to Kelly there. Nonetheless, he did not give any compensation or a solution to my problem. **Although Jace offered me to get a shuttle to the upper lot, he told me I needed to walk for a bit. When asked for a wheelchair, they answered that they don’t have anything available in the lower lot for me to use. Unfortunately, I had to walk all the way up from the ghostbusters maze with the unbearable pain I was suffering. Furthermore, I thought that I would have a great time at Universal Studios like my other visits, but this time I was faced with a poor customer service from Universal studios. **Ultimately, I have been a loyal customer for universal studios for almost ** years of my life, but the only time I am asked for a favor with universal studios to help with me with my issue, I get treated unkindly. All I am asking for is a refund for my horror nights ticket or another re-entry. I hope you understand my situation and take in consideration what I’ve been through that night. Thank you and have a great day.
