My daughter and her family, visiting from Kansas, have been saving for years to come out and go to Universal Studios Hollywood so the kids could see the Harry Potter exhibit. *They were so excited. They got up early in the morning, drove * *** hours, made it to the park, paid their $** for parking, ran to the Harry Potter exhibit, stood in line for ** minutes, finally were at the front of the line when all of a sudden it was announced that they were closing the exhibit due to maintenance. *Imagine their disappointment, not to mention the $*** it cost them to get into the park with their * children. *They don’t know I’m writing to you but I feel that they are due some type of compensation. This is horrible customer relations and should never happen to any family. Maintenance issues should be taking care of outside of normal business hours. You may just read this letter toss it in the trash and never think twice, but I needed to let you know how disappointed I am as a California resident that this happened to my family.
