During my recent vacation in Portland, Oregon, I bought a copy of Mobb Deep's "Juvenile Hell" LP. I was thrilled to find a reissued version. As a hip-hop fan from Victoria, B.C., Canada, it's challenging and costly to find such records locally. However, upon returning home and playing the B side, I was surprised to hear emo/pop/rock instead of Mobb Deep. It turns out it was Fallout Boy on that side. I'm devastated as this was one of my favorite albums, and I simply want my Mobb Deep record as I purchased it. I'm puzzled by how this mix-up occurred and am seeking advice on how to resolve this issue since returning it to the Portland store isn't feasible from my current location. I made a purchase on 12/7/18 from the Universal Music UK's "The [redacted]" merchandise website. I ordered a hoodie and a T-shirt as a Christmas gift for my sister. I opted for the $30.00 courier shipping for a delivery time of 2-6 days with a provided tracking number. I received the order confirmation email (Order #C[redacted]) on 12/7 and another email on 12/10 confirming the dispatch of my order. Despite my multiple attempts to contact them via email, website form, and Twitter for the tracking number, I have not received any response. I paid extra for the tracking number to ensure I knew where the package was but it was never provided. It is frustrating as this delay might mean my sister won't receive her gift on time. I hope to receive the tracking number promptly or have the merchandise expedited to the US to arrive before 12/23.

I've been waiting for my ** XXXTentacion hoodie for a few months now, and it's been sent back and forth. It took a long time to even get shipped to me, and my shipping address changed. I emailed Umusic the new shipping address to ensure the hoodie would be sent to the correct location. They responded, stating they reshipped it, but it was once again sent to the old address. Consequently, it was returned again, and now I have to request a refund. I am disappointed; I don't want a refund as this was limited edition merchandise that I really wanted. Is there a way to still receive the hoodie? I hope this issue can be resolved, and I am providing the correct address: [redacted] Redwood Dr Apt [redacted], Santee, CA [redacted]. Thank you!

Hello, I purchased a custom item from your limited edition Yungblud, Halsey, and Travis Barker line about three months ago. Despite multiple emails to your team (around 20 times), I have not received any updates. I am growing increasingly frustrated as there has been no communication regarding my order. I am now considering requesting a refund since I will soon be relocating from the address provided when I placed the order. Please advise on the status of my order or process a refund promptly. To whom it may concern, I ordered 2 jerseys for The Weeknd on 3/22/[redacted] around 3:40 p.m. PT but did not receive a confirmation email. The total charge was approximately $96-$97, but no confirmation was sent. I purchased the black Mitchell and Ness After Hours cotton basketball jerseys in sizes XL and L. I contacted customer service, received a confirmation number for a different order, and just want to ensure I receive the 2 jerseys I purchased. Thank you.
