We have close to * thousand outstanding payments through EPS. We never did get the card information to use the card they say payments are suppose to go to. We were originally told that the payments would come with the card numbers and EOB so we could process the payments on our end. Never happen. *We called on ****** to cancel service with EPS and have paper checks sent out for the past ones and moving forward. That never happen. Called today spoke to a supervisor Mel B Ref:************ said didnt even show the call that we cancelled this on ****** so had to start the process all over again today *******. So bottom line we have out standing claims payments from ********. It will take at least ** days for them to have them transferred to paper checks and mail them out so it will take **-** days before we get them. *Plus we will have more outstanding payments since it takes * days to cancel EPS. *This has been a NIGHTMARE. *Called UHC spoke to Nick ref: Co*** who transferred me to EPS Rain ref:*************. Nick said that paper checks can not be sent out yet. Rain said that the EBS has been cancelled but needs to be verified by letter notifcaiton from us. We had sent a letter on ******. But we are now faxing and mailing the cancellation letter. *Please if you can expidite this we would certainly appreciete this. *If you could also make sure your representives and sales people know the process procedure works. Aetna, Cigna, BC*BS have a different system that we work with for years. We have not had any problems with any of those or the other ones.
