Cancel application for coverage ... Regarding Member ********** pending PDP coverage. Betty has never had credible coverage and has had traditional Medicare since **********. See has no illnesses - and has not taken prescription drugs in all that time. Because of the "open enrollment" we thought there would be no penalty. It seems - by formula in your letter to her, there will be an LED by Medicare in the amount of $** to $** per month in addition to her premium of $**. We need to withdraw her application for coverage with United effective **********?How do we make sure this application process is ended without penalty. I am her spouse and have had coverage with you since ****. My membership number is**********. Please advise by Email. I have a hearing problem. Thanks. John J Posh
