Have been on hold with a ** people just to cancel my Plan D. Wrong departments. "oh, we're with employer insurance" for example. Then, LONG LONG wait times. Then "oh, you have two plans to cancel (D & F) and each is a different number. Then LONG Long waits for "D". Got through! Oh-oh, she wasn't licensed for Florida where I live, on HOLD again! ** minutes again so far. Odd, you signed me up so quickly. Patrick Welch
