Pain never sleeps Neither do these nurses.*I received this notice Monday with a number*to call but when I call it the message says to *call during business hours. This is the number*-***-***-****. A lot of good that*is doing at **:** A.M. to answer my question.** I just need the correct number to call The Nurse Line. Thank You
I could not sign in due to my ID card only has the ID number. there is no group number.*After trying to sign and looking for the numbers needed. Frustration!!!!! The last thing says if I was not*signed in by **** I could not.

About nine years. If I were a new customer I would be very disappointed with this type of problem and not*able to reach help when it was suppose to be available. I am trying to find out if I need to do something else to avoid making a trip to the ER. I am diabetic and today received a cortisone injection. I was told that it might elevate my sugar but no instructions as to what I should do about it. At ***** P.M. my reading was *** I used **Units of levemir which has been my dosage for the past six months, but was decreased to **U*on Monday. At **:**A.M. my reading was ***. I have a headache and with air conditioning I am very hot.*The questions I have are: Have I waited long enough for the insulin to work? Will insulin help? Should I use more at this point?*Do I really need to go to ER for help?
Looked for other numbers but soooo far I have not found one.
