This is Tom and Julie Anderson. Our confirmation number is PYR3Z5. We are flying out of Manila on May 22nd to Tokyo, then to Newark, and finally back home to Tampa. Our flight was changed twice, and our originally booked premium seats were taken away. After a 4-hour chat with 3 different agents, we finally got seats back in premium, but unfortunately, we were left with only middle seats in the last row. We are both in our 70s and not in the best health. Despite being United credit card holders and retired military, we are requesting an upgrade due to the inconvenience. With 11 business class seats still available on the seat map, we hope for your consideration for the 13-hour flight from Tokyo to Newark. On May 22, [redacted], Flight UA3435 experienced three delays before ultimately being cancelled. Due to medical reasons, I was unable to accept any accommodation and had to arrange my own transportation home. My Uber fare from Charlotte Airport at [redacted] Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, N.C. to Concord Pointe Lane S.W., Concord. N.C. amounted to $77.12. I have been trying to obtain an email address to request a refund from United Airlines, as I need to send them the receipt, but have been unsuccessful in finding this information. Despite following instructions from a ticket agent to contact United Airline Customer Care, I have been unable to upload the receipt on their site as directed. This flight was particularly difficult for me as it was a bereavement trip following the passing of my brother on May 21, [redacted]. I kindly request assistance with this matter. Sincerely, L.J. I am requesting a refund for a plane ticket and two prepaid bags purchased for Vicky R. K. As her circumstances have changed, she no longer needs to travel to Texas due to housing arrangements in Portland. Vicky, who is now 56 years old and wheelchair-bound, is helping her quadriplegic brother and awaiting housing and Social Security. I was informed by Jean from United that the ticket is non-transferable to me, resulting in a total loss of $[redacted].60 plus the prepaid bags' cost. I was scheduled to fly from Detroit to Newark on May 28, [redacted], but there was a sudden change. Now my flight involves a connection through DC before reaching Newark. Unfortunately, my checked baggage was only tagged for the original Detroit to Newark flight, leaving me unsure if it will make it to Newark with me. I desperately need my luggage because I have a connecting flight from Newark to Singapore departing on May 29 at 10:25. I had initially booked a flight on May 17th. United Airlines rescheduled my flight a few hours before our departure, to a later flight that was not convenient for us. I had to quickly change to a different date that ultimately did not work out for us. I now need to change it to June 1st. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that there would be a charge of over $[redacted] per ticket to make the change. This seems unfair, as United was the one who changed my original flight abruptly. I am hoping that United will accommodate the change to June 1st without any additional charges, considering the circumstances.

Good evening, my daughter, U. Wagner, left Buenos Aires yesterday for London with 3 layovers: Santiago, Chile (H2 [redacted]), Houston (UA [redacted]), and then Washington (UA [redacted]). At Arturo Merino Benitez airport (SCL), she was asked to fill out a health form not mentioned in her booking, which caused a significant delay and made her miss the boarding by just 5 minutes. She is now stuck in Santiago, where she doesn't know anyone, without money or food, and she may miss all the connecting flights as the next ones seem to be full. She is very young, just 18 years old, and it's her first time traveling alone. Can you please help her? What should we do, what do you advise? Thank you for sending her a reply.

Yesterday, my wife and daughter flew from Austin, Texas to Santorini, Greece but unfortunately, their luggage did not make it. The checked bag numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. Their flight tracking showed they made it from IAH (Dulles) on UA982 to ATH (Athens, Greece) but missed their connection to Santorini on Aegean Airline. Despite waiting several hours for open seats, their bags were not moved to the Aegean flight as planned. They arrived in Santorini about an hour and a half ago without their luggage; it is still in Athens. I am Scott Rollston, the husband, trying to assist from Texas. Hello United Airlines, My name is Pires Manuel Jose and Canar Aguilera Juana Monserrate. We purchased tickets for a direct flight from EWR to GVA with flight number UA [redacted] on Sunday, May 29. Unfortunately, due to covid document requirements, we missed the direct flight. We were rebooked on a connecting flight UA [redacted] from EWR to CDG and CDG to GVA. Although it was a less expensive option, as seniors, we were quite worried about the inconvenience. Additionally, our suitcase was lost, and we did not have spare clothes with us. After missing our connecting Lufthansa flight from Munich on May 31, [redacted] (original flight LH [redacted] nonstop Munich to Denver), we were re-booked on United Airlines flight UA [redacted] (also SN [redacted] nonstop Munich to Denver) as passengers # [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. We were assured by the Lufthansa agent and a public announcement that our baggage would be checked through to our final destination. However, upon arrival in Denver, our bags did not show up and the UA agent stated that there were no checked bags for us. It is unclear whether our bags are with Lufthansa or United, but we suspect they might still be in Munich.

Regarding reservation number L4ZQBE, my flight from Boston to Frankfurt to Berlin was canceled earlier today at 5:17 am. I was subsequently rebooked on flights TP218 and TP538 from Boston to Lisbon to Berlin. Despite originally purchasing a Business Class ticket, I am now rebooked in coach and was charged an additional $[redacted] for extra legroom. There are still business class seats available on the flight to Lisbon, and I would like to either be placed in one of those seats or receive a refund for the price difference between the two tickets. Please advise on how this refund will be processed if I am not accommodated in a business class seat.

Order number: LGO65B, Booking references: Flight: SPM8BJ We are seeking urgent assistance with our recent travel issue. We made these flight reservations through Gotogate on January 23, [redacted]. While abroad on April 27, [redacted], we were informed of a schedule change in one of our flights. After contacting United and Swiss Air, our flight was rescheduled for Monday, May 9. Unfortunately, on Monday, May 9, we encountered difficulties obtaining boarding passes in Boise for our Swiss Air flight. Upon arriving in San Francisco, we were surprised to learn that Swiss Air had no record of our bookings. They redirected us to United Airlines. It appears that Gotogate canceled our tickets without our knowledge, forcing us to purchase expensive last-minute tickets to return home. Our travel insurance company requests a letter from Gotogate confirming the cancellation and lack of refund. On June 9, I traveled from Portland, Oregon to Dulles Airport in Washington, DC. My first flight was slightly delayed, and upon landing in Dulles, I received text notifications from United about the delay. There was no announcement during the flight, and when I inquired, the stewardess seemed unaware. The flight from Dallas to Newark, scheduled for 7:33 AM, did not depart until 12 PM, causing a four-hour delay. This delay left me stranded without transportation home, affecting my prearranged plans. United did not provide any assistance or information, and even when I tried to inquire about alternative flights, there was no support offered, not even a beverage voucher. As a disabled individual on a fixed budget, these unexpected delays and lack of assistance were highly inconvenient. I missed important appointments and lost valuable time due to the situation. I am extremely disappointed with the way United handled my lost luggage upon arrival in San Diego last night on flight UA2200 from EWR. It took the airport representatives over 2 hours to address our situation, and there were over 50 passengers affected. As a critical worker for the Navy, I urgently need my clothing and equipment to perform my job, and I don't have time to purchase replacements before my shift tonight. I've been waiting on hold with Premier customer service for almost an hour with no progress. The United app on my phone is not functioning properly. When checking the "Track My Bags" feature, it incorrectly indicated that our bags were on the carousel in San Diego, which caused confusion among myself and at least 10 other passengers. I am requesting either monetary compensation or additional miles, such as 5,[redacted] miles. I will not accept vouchers. Considering the circumstances, I believe a full credit for my entire journey from Norfolk to San Diego via Newark should be issued. Moreover, there was no food available on the delayed flight UA2200, and the crew only offered alcohol and pretzels, which was unsatisfactory.

On 6/9, United Airlines caused a lot of trouble for my best friend and me as we journeyed from Richmond, VA, to Seattle, Washington, for a cruise departure at 4 PM. Despite our pleas to make the ship's boarding time at 2 PM, we faced a delay due to a tire issue with our plane and three others awaiting repairs ahead of us. United pushed us to board a flight to Chicago O'Hare, knowing we wouldn't reach Seattle in time. They didn't consider options like Nevada or California, leaving us stranded in Chicago, missing our connection and cruise. The lack of assistance left us in Chicago all day until a late-night return home. This vacation, planned and paid for a year in advance, has been ruined, as rescheduling flights for the new cruise is now costly and challenging. United's failure to address the situation appropriately is disappointing and I believe they should cover the cost of a roundtrip to Seattle. It's a disheartening experience after having prepared for this trip for so long.

My wife and I booked and paid for flights to Amsterdam from Fargo for our 22nd anniversary present. After paying $[redacted] and selecting seats, we were unexpectedly reassigned on our return flight. Customer service was uncooperative and demanded additional payment or an alternative flight. We hope for assistance to avoid cancellation. This is the second occurrence in two years. Perhaps a complimentary upgrade could be considered when displacing us from our seats for the last two segments, as opposed to only offering a later flight.

Hello, I am seeking information regarding my daughter's upcoming educational trip to New York in July. My daughter, a minor, is unvaccinated due to contracting Covid-19 twice prior to vaccination, and her green pass will expire on 06/30/[redacted]. The scheduled departure is on 23 July, leaving no time for complete vaccination. I have reviewed information on both the American Government and Italian Ministry websites, indicating that there is no vaccination requirement for minors (being 17 years old) and as of 12 June, there is no longer a need for a pre-departure molecular or antigen test.
