The issue in GetHuman-shilongk's own words
I lost one of my baggages when I fight from Shanghai (PVG) to St. Louis (STL) on May *, ****. My fight number is UA*** and when I arrived at San Francisco airport to catch my transfer flight (UA****), I lost one of my baggages (number: **********). I have submitted my lost items form online and my lost Report ID is ********. A few days ago, a staff worked in United Airlines in St. Louis named Bacon Jennifer sent me an email said my lost baggage was just arrived at St. Louis airport. He*She said that my lost baggage can be send back to PVG, but I need to open a claim on it in order for them to deliver it to me. So, I want to ask how could I open a claim and could I open a claim online or by email?
