Hello, My wife and I have not received any information back from United from our flight or from the feedback I gave a week ago. Below is the details of our flight. *Flight ***** from KOA to DEN on Friday May **th.*My wife Amy Lindell, original seat *B, switched to *B to sit by me with another passenger. Just over half way through our flight, there was a medical emergency and my wife assisted and spent the rest of flight helping the flight crew identify options for the client, helped avoid an emergency landing, and sat with the person having issues until medics could board the plane when we landed. The flight attendant in First Class came up to me and wanted to make sure I thanked my wife if she did not get the chance for all the help on the flight and spending most of the flight helping the passenger. She told me she would be compensated for all the help. We upgraded to First Class for a couple of our flights. I do not expect to be fully refunded, but do expect travel vouchers for future flights on United. Please check with the flight crew if needed. I can be reached at ***-***-**** or *****@***.com.
