I am very disappointed in the first class service provided by United airline PFXC** * UA ****. Service was poor. Flight was delayed (I realize not fault of United **:** am) attendant began taking drink orders while in flight ** minutes later and provided a cup of nuts. Approximately ** minutes later lunch was served: food was substandard and they no longer had anymore vegetarian option. Attendant only came by * more times to provide dessert and a pastry similar to “ Little Debbie’s”. The service was similar to economy service approximately ** years ago. The attendant only came by the aforementioned *x.*I have flown *st class on American and Delta and have received *st class service. I have also flown on Southwest and JetBlue and level of service was the same.*WiFi cost over$*** United * free JetBlue* $** Southwest. Cost of my ticket $**** United* cost of my ticket Jet Blue January **** under $*** both one way.*Lounge: again paid approximately $**** for ticket and had to pay to use the lounge at Logan airport-$**. I used the priority pass lounge in Baltimore $** ( because I was flying on southwest) and selection was much better*The inflight television sound started to crackle loudly the last ** minutes of the flight*No amenities kit.*Hotel in Anaheim was fine. However the hotel in Los Angeles , Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Downtown West was located in an area in which there was garbage strewn about and was generally dirty. I was forced to change my hotel to the Double Tree Los Angeles Downtown with the added cost of $*** * $** per day to park * a daily resort fee*Hotel confirmation numbers:*Holiday Inn *WF****U*Double Tree G*A*A**U.*I and my daughter Jennifer Douglas and granddaughter Mia Douglas are returning to Boston, Friday February **, **** flight number **** - first class I hope the experience is an improvement from the flight from Boston to LAX*Thank you for your assistance and consideration in this matter.
