my wife and I are moving from fernley nv. to the ft. worth tx. area to be with our children and grand children I'm a ** year old veteran and I would like to be with my family my wife and I live on my social security and her waitress pay so money comes hard anyway we booked * seats on united *****************-***-****TX TK* ************** psgr. Baichtal*Sharon Ann orig: DFW, DEST: SFO S*O: O CARRIER: UA SVC: L ORIG: SFO. DEST: RNO S*O: O CARRIER: UA SVC: L my ticket is the same except it ends with a * instead of a * both were $***.** each. we booked these on oct. ** **** to fly out on nov. **, **** at about *:** ? pm thru expedia Then we loaded our u-haul truck and drove to our kids house in Tx. we got there and visited until the day before our flight we called united to confirm our flight but the agent said there was no record of our flight I had my conf. * still nothing, I was upset but I had to get my wife back her waitress job or she would be fired so I was able to get * seats the next day that cost $*,***.** which I didn't have it all so I borrowed some from my wife's sister this flt. was conf. *L*B*NZ , eTicket ************** my wifes is the same except the last number is * on United just about ** minutes before our original flight, which if we had known we had a flight ** minutes later we would have saved the $*,***.**. I fly United or one of your other carriers because i've never had a problem before, always a good trip I am requesting a refund of $****.**. please call me to discuss this I would appriciate your understanding of this* Thank you, Richard and Sharon Baichtal ***-***-**** *:** am to *:** pm * days a week PT, again thank you.
