my name David m. Ochsner traveled* Nov. *, *****united Airlines Flt.*****Cincinnati to denver co*leave cov.*:**am*arrive Den Co. **:***Special request, assitance, wheelchair. Im disabled. Can only walk or stand for for very limited time without pain. *There were * people on the plane who requested wheelchairs only three were provided. I ask agent where my chair was and showed my itinerary that had stated that I requested assitance. He look very stressed and never gave me any comfort about my situation. Not even an appoligy.* When I asked again he did answer just dialed his cell phone and spoke to someone hung up and said I'm not sure whats going on. That was last time he spok to me.*Meanwhile, my ride was forced to leave arrivals and circle gate severals times trying to pick me up all the while calling me to get an explaination as to why I was not at planned spot. *After chair arrived, I told gentleman where I needed to be and that we needed to get * checked bag and be taken to arrivals for my ride. The gentleman seemed to be stressed and I assured him that it wasn't his fault and that I was not angry with him and gave him a tip regardless. When he took me to my pick-up destination I ask him to drop me at posted United spot for my ride. as we were heading out i noticed that the sign outside the door the sign was for another airline. It was not posted United as I requested, and he stated that they were all the same and wheeled me out the door anyway stood me up and drop my bags on ground and quickly walked away without any reply or concern as to how I was going to get all the way down to where United sign was posted clearly at the other end of building. I struggled in pain and finely made it waiting with no seating outsideto rest while waiting once again for ride who was forced to circle once again after several times around to at last collect me and my luggage. It was frighting and I think the treatment of myself and my belongings was calus and cold.*I'm on a fixed income and was only trying to return home after my mother's funeral in Ky. sitting there alone totally drained and baffeled about the whole ordeal. Not once did I ever raise my voice to any of your employees while waiting. Just wanted to get home. *Took me two days to fineally address my feelings, after being urged by friends and family to do so. I would like total refund on ticket and I will never trouble your airlines again. I think it is more than fair. I hope United will show some good judgement and honnor my request. If you need any verification to what I have just stated of my condition and the way I was treated, I will provide * It for you. Doctors and fellow travelers will validate.*David M.
