I flew to Las Vegas April **th **** with my son and my daughter I have called - e-mailed faxed since April **th it is now September **st I have been given the run-around about my checked in luggage .it has been over * months and I'm still waiting for my money *The employee's response at United airlines since April till Sept **st **** . It lost in the mail room!*Apparently it was mailed out last week and it has not reached here.*I have called numerous times without no answers I have been lied to by your employees. Ive spoken to * different people today the answer I keep getting as it's still in the mail room they're working on it or today we mailed it out last week or it's I stating there's a glitch in the system they will mail it out on Monday . Tbis was the same answer I got * weeks ago I'm getting frustrated and angry I work **-hour shifts I'm exhausted I don't have every day to come home and deal with this it is time that I get compensation for this run around and dealing with the same people that is not right I want to talk to the CEO and regards to how they run their operations there this is never happened to me before and the customer service is extremely poor I want the head CEO to call me and tell me what is going on with my claim it still in the mail room hasn't been released and today the director of baggage resolution center said she stood there and watched the check go into a different department and it will be mailed out on Monday hopefully I will get it on Thursday I will call again another one hour of my time to get wasted whilst I listen to your lame excuses . All want is my money back . It's your company who lost my luggage I want it to reimbursed today. I don't want no more running around . we're working on it's lost in the mail this is been going on for long enough I want somebody to call me back and regards to what's going on with my claim. I have spoken to Kim service director at baggage resolution service center. She was rude and snapping at me how rude and un professional. I can't believe this. *Danni Gill *** *** ****
