Hello, *I am an international passenger travelling a round trip from EWR to HYD on ** AUG **** and my return on ** SEP ****. My flight time is *:** PM and I arrived * hours and ** minutes prior to the airport for check-in. The united airlines terminal is fully crowded and was extremely busy. I came to know that there are few domestic services which have been canceled due to bad weather and you how it will be then with the passengers. one of the representatives took me to a line where people are waiting to reschedule or re-book their ticket. I asked the representative that I was in time for my flight and mentioned there is still * hours ** minutes for my flight. She is not listening to me and she left from there. I again went to her and she is yelling at me without listening to me and didn't provide me any information. In the meanwhile, I contacted united airlines customer service via calling and they automatically rescheduled my reservation to different flight of same which is around *:** PM from EWR to HYD via DELHI. But she hasn’t informed me that. Finally, I came to window in the line and I have explained the whole thing. She told only one thing, " Sir you have made the reservation by using third party travel website. So, we can't do anything here. Please, call your travel agent and ask them to reschedule". I called my travel agent and they told me only one thing. " Sir you didn't show up for your flight. That is what we can see from our end which is mentioned by UNITED AIRLINES here. I again called the united airlines customer service and explained the whole thing again and they are telling only one thing we can't change your reservation as it was made through third party travel website.**Finally, I requested them one last favor. " I will buy a one-way ticket to my destination on my own and will take the return flight from united which is on ** SEP ****. I requested them to leave the reservation as it is, so that I can catch the return flight at least. She said, “Ok we are leaving your reservation as it is, and you can take the return flight”. I booked the new flight through AIRINDIA next day which had cost me $****.*This is all happened on my departure date.*On ** SEP ****, I was unable to check-in online and went to the airport almost * hours prior and was unable to check in. One of the AIRINDIA representatives investigated my issue and told me that my ticket has been suspended by UNITED AIRLINES for some reason and the only thing I can do at that time was to call UNITED AIRLINES and make them change the ticket. In which I tried to reach UNITED AIRLINES Customer service by all the numbers available in the website. But, I couldn’t reach you from there, it is telling me to recheck the number I have dialed. As, I don’t have any other option I again booked another ticket from AIRINDIA and that have cost me $****. So, together it made my trip expensive by and extra $**** and additionally with no peace of mind. *Is the how you treat customers? Kindly reply me. Waiting for the earliest. **Regards,*Ck,
