I had to canc my flight aproximately ** hours prior to flight do to a family emergency. My daughter was very ill and I could not not leave. It was to visit my sister as a surprise for her birthday. My niece used her freq flyer miles to purchase the ticket for me. I was appauled that I had a $***.** fee imposed so miles would be credited back to her. I completely understand a charge being imposed, but that is excessive. As a single mom, I will most likely not be able to purchase a ticket now to get to Texas. I am heartbroken. If there is anything that can be done I sincerely appreciate any help.*Thank you,*Andrea Romano
