Dear Sir*Madam,**I have booked a flight ticket on priceline.com from Washington to Chicago and from Chicago to New York, which offered me to choose the ** dollars upgraded ticket, so this way it contains the carry-on too, but my luggage did not fit into the baggage checker at the airport in Washington,so I had to pay another ** dollars for the checked in baggage. Is there any possibility for me to reclaim that ** dollars upgrade?
