On July **rd ,united airlines flight UA** from EWR airport, Newark to Madrid delay almost ** hrs due to mechanical problem and we were asked to wait in the airport for almost *hrs and it was total disaster. We had booked family packaged vacation and we lost * day of the tour seeing and we had to pay extra money to hotel, car and food. I am looking for the compensation for this inconvenience caused. It costed around $*** dollars for losing * day of packaged vacation . Can you please reimburse the amount we had to spend and for the day lost on the tour sight seeing .
