I need to talk to HUMAN. HUMAN HAS TO CALL ME ***-***-****. ... THIS IS A SECOND SUBMITTAL OF MY COMPLAITS! NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER??????????????*United Airline Reservation PBD*M**Reservation made utilizing MileagePlus Account. On the return flight from Vancouver (Flight AC****) we’re charged for the luggage (one suitcase each under ** lb.) $**.**. Being a MileagePlus members this benefit must be applied: Free bag is for first standard checked bag for the primary Card member and one companion traveling on the same reservation. We request reimbursement. On the same trip arriving in Newark, New Jersey we faced a missing suitcase. Consequently spending extra time in the airport we missed our transfer to our home and incur extra expense. We’re looking for compensation.
