When I checked in on line I upgraded to row ** charged an additional $** to do so told that my carry on bags will probably go to the back of the plane due to being in group **The problem serving gate attendant Monica Weston who stated she was only trained to be a gate problem solver told me the process for your group assignments which was by seats she additionally told me that seats C & B are in group * *So when I told her that my seats were C&B she then tried to back peddle and say something different*So ultimately I paid an additional $** to sit closer to the front to depart quicker and now am told that my bags probably will be placed overhead in the resr of the plane.*This defeated the purpose and cost me an additional amount*She additionally told me that she as a representative of your company had no control over how to make fellow passengers place there bag*Additionally your flight *** to Vegas from Denver was an hour an ** mins late due to not having a flight attendentb**Really *I want someone to contact me I will not stop her There are many avenues
