File reference: SFO*****M*We’ve already got both of our bags now, but I think what happened to us was unacceptable, and unbelievable. As the diamond member of ANA and the gold member of Star Alliance, almost flying two times a week with Star Alliance back and forth from a lot of locations, delayed or lost baggages have never happened to me. And that’s exactly why I trusted every airline companies in Star Alliance and also why I chose United Airline instead of Delta or any other domestic airlines this time from Salt Lake City to San Fransisco. **I was traveling with my family and two of our baggages were delayed. All the important stuffs were in these two baggages including my wife’s contact lens, her eyes almost got infected without changing a new pair overnight. More importantly, we had to cancel one of our nights in Yosemite valley lodge and stay next to the airport at San Fransisco Airport Marriott Waterfront waiting for our baggages. Also, we were flying from Salt Lake City, the temperature there was every different from San Fransisco, we had to get some clothes for our children immediately to avoid them from getting a cold. The waste of time and these financial lost won’t occur if you guys took care of our baggages carefully. Ironically, our baggages says “priority” on it, I really wonder how your guys treat those other baggages.**It’s really not easy for me to get away from work and enjoy the time with my family. This one day waste of time caused by your mistake is unacceptable and I will be requiring a good explanation of our delayed baggages and the maximum possible compensation the United Airline could offer us. Please reply AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to *****@***.com or *****@***.com. If we can not work this situation right, I think I need to reconsider my choice of the airlines.
