My name is Michael Anderson. On July **rd my flight from Houston to Orange County was cancelled due to United’s inability to fix the air conditioner. So United told us to wait and a replacement plane was on it’s way. Hours later with no explanation the replacement plane was cancelled. Then after hours of waiting I was booked on a late night plane which had * delays...the last delay was as I sat on the plane for ** minutes....then we were told the plane was not going to land at Orange County but LAX and a bus would take us from LAX to OC. Of course eventually this plane was cancelled. So now it’s approaching midnight in Houston and after spending ** hours in the lovely airport I was sent to a hotel for my flight the next day. Of course I could not get a morning flight they were surprisingly all booked (sarcasm). So I am booked on a flight scheduled to arrive at ***pm...I can’t express enough the lack of professionalism United employees acted during this time period. Likely they were stressed too. I saw the pilot in plane number * actually put his head into his hands after he told everyone of the last cancellation. I have never encountered or heard stories about a person having * planes cancel in one day. I really do not want vouchers however I know that is the only remedy I have. I request $*** voucher for the night I paid for but did not stay in the hotel in Orange County. Also, I request an additional voucher for $*** for failing to provide the service I paid for in a timely manner. Note the $*** represents the amount of my round trip plane ticket. I may have to cancel my entire trip if United fails * days in a row. Hopefully this is the end of the worst airport experience I have *experienced.*Michael Anderson ph **********
