On **-**-**, booked a flight through Simbaho (reservations @simbaho.com) Bookings Expert. I spoke with Milton, who sent me an email to confirm my reservation-flight, (Booking Number: K***TT) from IAD (Dulles, VA) to STL (Lambert Airport, St. Louis, MO). Departure was set for July **th from IAD at ***AM, to arrive at STL, non-stop. Flight home was set for July *th leaving STL at ****PM, and arriving back at IAD at ***PM. Aside from the fact that the price went up four times as I was trying to schedule, Simbaho failed to send me the ticket confirmation information within ** hours. When I had to call Simbaho, they told me "the ticket people didn't process your flight, and it is no longer available. You will have to book a new flight" and then I learned it would be even more expensive. The flight was supposed to be a surprise gift for my sixteen yr old daughter. Aside from frustration, we now contend with regret, and feelings of mani****tion by Simbaho, a company who works for United Airlines, and regret for having wasted so much time, only to get declined. Not acceptable! The prices were inflated, continued to rise, and what transpired is clearly indicative of price-gouging. Your services have been inefficient, unprofessional and regrettable. It is now past the point of frustration. As the emotional upset is no longer worth our time, we are cancelling this trip and will notify United Airlines directly to register our complaint.
I trust that United Airlines will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
