Hi my name is Jenny Brimhall and I purchased a tickets last year for my husband, Michael A. Bray from corpus Christi, TX to Bangor Maine, round trip, confirmation *GR**YZ. I had to cancel as we were ground zero for Hurricane Harvey which hit our town of Rockport, TX on Aug. **th. All airports were closed as a result. Since that time we have dealt with insurance companies on repairing our home, which was completed the end of Feb., **** , * months since Harvey hit. We have since sold our home and now live in Scottsboro AL as of June *, ****. We would like to use the ticket but change the airports from TX to departure out of AL or Atlanta, GA. and returning to either of the two. What can we do? This entire year of hurricane repair and moving has been a nightmare for both of us. We enjoy flying United and we would appreciate anything you can do. The fare was first class, which would be nice, but we would be open to anything you can do. If it would be best I will contact you via phone or best number. Thank you. Jenny Brimhall
