The issue in GetHuman-yeyelobe's own words
Hi United, I was a on flight that was cancelled on **** out of Orlando. I feel I was treated well by United agents, all and all, given the large inconvenience. *Then I received an email from the Keith Ware, supervisor of the Pro Team apologizing, which I thought was good, and the email contained a link offering something for my trouble. When I clicked on the link, it asked whether a Flight Attendant had offered me a card. But since I had been placed on American flight the following day (yesterday), of course I never had contact with a United flight attendant. I had to answer a bunch of questions on this site, which was tiresome, and then there was never any offer of some gift or appreciation. Why bother to have Keith Ware send out an email, and then ask me to put in my Mileage Plus number, and go through the whole online security thing, if you are then not going to offer anything?

GetHuman-yeyelobe did not yet indicate what United Airlines should do to make this right.
