We booked our flights and then found out our son has to be in combat training for the Marines in that time frame. My wife got back on line * hours after booking within the ** hour cancelation time frame and canceled the tickets. What happened is the transaction wasn't complete and didn't go through as she thought it did. Two day later I saw the charges on our credit card so she got back on line and found out the transaction didn't go through. She proceeded to cancel the tickets and we called United to see if we could get a refund and they would not give us one.
GetHuman713951 did not yet indicate what United Airlines should do to make this right.
