On September **, **** i attempted to place an order, due to an error i had two charges on my account for the TOTAL AMOUNT: $*** **Following the information received from the Chat Bot:*"In the event that your order has failed or we are unable to fulfill the order, the hold will be released from your account within *-* business days", however, as of todapy, September **, **** the hold has not been released.**Due to the above, i hereby request to release the hold and return *** US dollars charged from my credit card.

GetHuman-elyaizma did not yet indicate what Uniqlo should do to make this right.
