I filed for my UI due to being temporarily laid on *** because of this pandemic. I received paperwork that just didn't look right,dates were from last year. Then they sent me a form for the taxes I wanted taken out, but stated my benefits were $*. Then they had me fill out this beacon one step, which I did but stated I wasn't eligible for any other program. Once I got through the application,it said that I was eligible to receive $*** a week. That does not sound right. I can't pay my bills on that. I need to speak with someone to straighten this out. Maybe I did something wrong. Thing is I can't get anyone. Help ease.
