Charles Krisite****-**-***********Was called back to work by my employer, Hayfields Country Club. I worked ****, ****, and **** and grossed more that my weekly benefit. I filed Webcert for week ending ****.*On **** I was informed that because of Corona virus and nature of my job (Locker Room Manager) not to report as locker room was shut down for all members and staff.*I was unable to file a Webcert for the week ending **** because I received a notice dated **** that Non Payment Of Claim was in order and that I had to call to reopen my claim before any further benefits were to be paid.*I have tried to contact proper Unemployment number (***-***-****) every ** minutes for * hours today with no luck in speaking to a representative. How can I reopen my initial claim if I follow directives and can't speak with a representative? HELP PLEASE
