Order number [redacted] placed on 10-27-18 had the wrong date. After reporting the error twice, the next order number [redacted] had the correct date and was received. Spoke with Etienne on 11-3-18, who offered a refund or a replacement book. Opted to receive the book, not a refund. Brandon confirmed that order [redacted] had an attachment stating no further charge. Despite being charged twice due to office miscommunication, another book has been ordered for $[redacted].90. Hoping for a prompt resolution to receive the correct book without a refund.

I purchased a Lita ‘New Beginnings’ necklace for my granddaughter. Despite wanting the wrapping to remain intact, I forwarded it to her. Disappointment struck when she unveiled it and sent a photo. The actual necklace did not align with the advertised one. The stones were arranged differently and not as colorful as depicted. While she remains unaware, I am greatly aware of the discrepancy. Unfortunately, asking her to return it for a replacement isn't feasible due to the distance. However, I kindly request a new necklace to be sent to me so I can explain the mix-up and send it to her with the original intent. She's far away, which is why the necklace held significance. I have pictures to illustrate the disparity between the ad and the received item.

I have not received an order number, so I was told I cannot cancel the order. They mentioned the order would be shipped on February 2nd. This was intended for Christmas gifts, so I urgently need to cancel it since it's showing as back-ordered. Please cancel the order for the Traditional Bread Warmer. If it has been shipped, I will return it. When I made the purchase, I was guaranteed delivery by December 3rd. Today, I tried to cancel over the phone, but they instructed me to do so via email. Therefore, I kindly request to cancel the order under the name of Caren Casper. Thank you.
