I had the UlsterbankNI app on my phone and I got new phone and downloaded the app again and it wouldn’t let me in so I went onto the Ulster bank live chat and was speaking to someone and I don’t no why but they have locked the whole account and now I can’t get into it at all and I am not happy as I have been trying to get into it most of today and it wouldn’t let me as it’s locked. Not happy at all. This needs sorted. Don’t understand why the person locked my whole account in the first place..
