Dear Udemy, I am writing to address my recent purchase experience with Udemy. I recently bought the AWS Cloud Practitioner and Solution Architect courses for my exam preparation. Although I am new to IT, I initially used Whizlab but switched to Udemy, purchasing them for $24 each. I shared Udemy with my cousin, who then bought the Amazon Web Services certified 4 Certifications for $15.99. I feel frustrated that I paid more for only two certifications compared to the deal he received. I kindly request Udemy to switch my AWS study lab categories to AWS Certified 4 Certifications and refund me the price difference. I need help accessing my account. I have been away for work, and it has been almost a year since I last logged in. I tried using my email and old password but couldn't get in. When I requested a password reset, I didn't receive the email. I checked my Gmail and found an email from Udemy dated 7/2/[redacted] with the subject 'User Email Changed.' It mentioned my email was changed to [redacted] I suspect unauthorized access as I saw another email with the subject "Changed password." I had many courses and intended to buy more, but now someone else has taken over my account. I need help blocking that user, reporting the incident, and regaining access to my account. I am in the process of renewing my National Board certification, and I am having trouble locating the school or course number required for the renewal process. I recently purchased 4 courses from Udemy. When I started my first class today, the audio stopped working after about 5 minutes without any error messages. I visited udemy.com/support/system-check/ and confirmed my network settings were correct. The issue persists across all my courses despite audio working fine on other applications on my desktop. I tried reaching out to customer support and the corporate office using numbers I found myself since Udemy does not provide any, but they either do not work or no one picks up. If I don't receive prompt assistance to resolve this, I will have to cancel my courses and request a refund.

I am having trouble accessing my account linked to [redacted] When I attempt to log in, a white box pops up with the following message: "One more step Please complete the security check to access www.udemy.com Please turn JavaScript on and reload the page. Why do I have to complete a CAPTCHA? Completing the CAPTCHA proves you are a human and gives you temporary access to the web property." To avoid this in the future: - If using a personal connection, run an anti-virus scan on your device to check for malware. - If on an office or shared network, request the network administrator to scan for any misconfigured or infected devices. - Another way is to use Privacy Pass, you may need to download version 2.0 from the Chrome Web Store. However, I do not see a CAPTCHA in the box that appears on my screen.

I purchased the course "Programming for Kids and Beginners: Learn to Code in Scratch" as a gift for my son on July 18, [redacted], for R380 using my debit card. The Gift Code is GIFT_HSFHHFM8ZBFEG3JB. Unfortunately, neither my son ([redacted]) nor I ([redacted]) have received the confirmation e-mail. I can confirm that the payment of R380 was deducted from my bank statement. Please advise on how we can access the course.

On July 21, [redacted], at 10:40 AM PDT, I encountered an error while trying to restore the file "dvdrental.tar." I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference. I'm currently in Vietnam, and my debit card and PayPal account are registered in the UK. This hasn't been an issue with most other retailers. I've attempted to make a payment for a course on Udemy using a Vn VPN, a UK VPN, and without a VPN, but I'm unable to use PayPal or my debit card. In the past, they have accepted payments through one of these methods. Neither PayPal nor my bank are blocking the payments; it seems to be an issue with the Udemy website. Just to clarify, I'm not trying to evade any taxes. I've provided my address as the UK and my billing address reflects this. If there are any taxes applicable, I'm okay with them being added to the bill, as is standard practice elsewhere.

Good afternoon, I am reaching out regarding my progress in the Complete Linux Ubuntu Server Course. Thus far, I have only managed to advance to setting up a virtual machine with VirtualBox. However, I have encountered an error during this setup that I am unable to resolve. I have been trying to address and ask questions about this issue online since last Wednesday but have not received any responses, leaving me unable to proceed. Completing this course is crucial for my future career, so I would appreciate it if my questions could be answered. Here is the issue: When configuring the virtual machine with VirtualBox and selecting the required .iso for my PC's version, I am unable to proceed as I receive a warning message stating: ! Invalid configuration detected. System Page: Acceleration Hardware virtualization is enabled in the Acceleration selection on the system page, even though it is not supported by the host system. It should be disabled to start the virtual machine. Upon entering this section, disabling it does not resolve the issue because I am not given the option to save the changes, hence I am unable to disable it effectively. However, due to ongoing internet issues with my email provider, Cox, I've been unable to complete the first course, causing a delay in starting the second one. Hello! It seems like I can't access my account [redacted], and all my progress on my first course is gone. I attempted to log in, but the system indicated that the password was incorrect. When I tried to reset the password, the emails did not reach my inbox. Subsequently, I tried registering a new account on Udemy, and that was successful. I now have a completely new account, but all my remaining progress with the first course has been lost. Please assist!

This is the second time I have encountered a payment issue. I had [redacted] credits and bought two software programs totaling [redacted]. I made a 10 rupees payment using my cousin's card. However, they deducted [redacted] from the account and [redacted] from my credits. This situation is unacceptable. I would like a prompt response. Last time, the refund to the card didn't go through because the bank doesn't work with ARN. Therefore, this time I would like the refund to go to another bank account.

I am experiencing difficulty logging in to access my classes. I require my class schedule promptly, or else I demand a full refund. The login page indicates that my email address is incorrect. Furthermore, attempting to correct my input is unnecessary. If necessary, legal action will be taken against the company. I am frustrated with the online payment process, where funds are accepted without receiving services. The service provided is unsatisfactory. I have not encountered such issues with The Great Courses or community colleges offering classes on Zoom. Hillsdale College, which is free, has been flawless. It is disappointing that a seemingly inexpensive company like yours is unable to resolve this matter efficiently.
