I am unable to access my certificate of completion. Previously, I could view it by clicking on the green trophy icon in the top right corner, but now it is grey, indicating the course is not complete. Upon reviewing the lessons, I noticed an unmarked assignment. When I tried to mark it, I received an error message stating "progress cannot be changed for this item." Even after attempting to retake the assignment, it remains marked as complete, directing me to the next lecture without completing the course.

Hello, I recently signed up for the "Energy Healing with Colour and Art Certificate Course" by Melissa Crowhurst. When I purchased the course, it was priced at 63.90 Israeli Shekels, but my credit card was actually charged [redacted].70 Israeli Shekels by Udemy. I reached out to them two days ago to explain the situation, but unfortunately, I have not received a response yet. This has happened to me before, but the issue was resolved promptly then. I am registered as user [redacted] In preparation for tax returns, I needed a copy of a Udemy receipt. I noticed charges on my credit card for courses I did not order. To address this, I canceled my credit card on your site, which unfortunately made the ordered course details inaccessible. The most recent charge was on February 3rd, [redacted], for $[redacted].99. Reviewing my [redacted] bank statement, I found a charge on March 3rd, [redacted], which according to the receipt was refunded. However, this refund is not reflected in my bank statement. Once again, this charge was for a course I did not request. I kindly request a review and appropriate refund. Thank you.

A while back, I purchased courses on Udemy during a sale using my email and bought 8 courses, and later, I used my FB account to buy 2 more courses. Somehow, I now have two separate accounts and can't access the one with multiple purchases. I'm hoping to merge these accounts. I plan to contact my bank to find transaction details for the missing account. Please search for and combine both accounts, as they've been inactive due to this issue. I bought a course using UPI, and the payment went through successfully. However, when I tried to help my friend purchase the course using my UPI account, the payment was successful but the course wasn't delivered. I bought the 'Learn Ethical Hacking From Scratch' course on Udemy's mobile app for [redacted] INR on April 10, [redacted], at 8:30 pm IST. The purchase went through, and the bank confirmed the transaction, but there is no record of the purchase on the Udemy app nor any confirmation message from Udemy. I'm having trouble logging in to my Udemy account. This is concerning because I'm unable to access a specific course I was interested in and have around $[redacted] worth of courses that I can't reach. Typically, Chrome remembers my passwords, but Udemy is now prompting me for it. After going through the "Forgot password" process and creating a new password, I still can't log in successfully. 1. I need assistance with adjusting the currency displayed on my account. Currently, the course prices are in Australian dollars, but I would like to switch it to US dollars. Kindly remove any reference to Australian dollars and update the prices to be shown in US dollars. 2. I am currently located in Europe and noticed that I am only seeing international courses, not from the US. I would like to have the option to choose where my courses are sourced from. Could you please set my account to default to displaying US courses regardless of my location and guide me on how to access and select international courses? Thank you.

I was in the middle of enrolling in courses on Udemy, where the total price for four courses was less than $20. As I was about to complete the purchase, the price suddenly increased to nearly $[redacted]. I am interested in getting a discount on the permaculture design course. Also, I found it challenging that Udemy lacks live chat or direct customer service contact options. It seems not very user-friendly.

1. After posting a review for my completed course, I noticed the instructor replied to my comment. However, I am unable to view the instructor's response when I click on the message in my profile. This seems to be a bug preventing accessibility. 2. I am curious why Udemy does not provide options to submit tickets online or via email through their website or social media platforms. 3. It would be beneficial if Udemy could remove the time duration displayed on certificates. This practice may undervalue the courses as it doesn't accurately reflect the time students invest in research and projects. Adjusting it to reflect a standard duration per week could enhance the certificate's reputation. 4. I suggest adding the option to filter courses by the country of origin. This would help distinguish courses produced by instructors whose content quality may vary, ensuring a more accurate rating system based on student feedback. I hope you will consider these suggestions as I frequently recommend Udemy to students and plan to list my own courses on the platform. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I'm disappointed because the instructor did not include the promised supplemental material in twelve out of the sixteen sections. Despite mentioning links and readings in lectures, there are no materials provided. Many students have raised this issue in the comments, with no response from the instructor or Udemy. It is crucial for Udemy to address this situation by holding the instructor accountable for fulfilling their commitments. I have completed the "Business Fundamentals: Corporate Strategy" course [redacted]% but have not received my certificate yet. The option to download the certificate is missing despite finishing the course, as the green trophy option is not available. Even in the course overview, there is no option to download the certificate. I have tried various methods, including unmarking completed sections and re-completing them. I have not received any email confirming the completion or providing the certificate. Please address this issue promptly and send me the certificate via email at your earliest convenience. Believing the course was ready, I created an essential coupon code for reviews - a 3-day free coupon. However, my students are unable to access the course as it's still in draft mode, and the crucial coupon is set to expire soon. Upon visiting, I was excited to explore the classes offered for the first time. I found several classes listed for $9.99 and eagerly added them to my cart after registering. Later, after researching Udemy and attending to household duties, I returned to find the prices had increased drastically to over $1,[redacted]. I paid for two courses on May 30, [redacted]: "Learn German Language: Complete German Course - Beginner" and "Learn German Language: Complete German Course - Intermediate." Despite the deduction from my bank balance, the courses have not been issued to me yet. I reached out to Udemy's customer care on May 31, [redacted], providing complaint number [redacted]. Today is June 1, [redacted], and the courses are still not available on my profile. I attached a screenshot of the transaction completion email sent to me on May 30, [redacted], along with my complaint to Udemy's customer care. I've been continuously trying to contact their support, but my request seems to be stuck "on hold" due to automated responses. Please rectify this issue promptly and activate the courses I purchased. It is my right as a customer to receive the product I paid for in a timely manner.
