Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I've recently come across Udemy and am interested in purchasing three courses for my local church's Praise & Worship team. Specifically, I am looking to buy courses on musical instruments - the piano, bass guitar, and drums. I have noticed a price discrepancy between my phone and laptop for the Pianoforall course and the Complete Guitar System course. The phone displays £10.99 while the laptop shows £12.99 for the piano course, and both devices show £10.99 for the guitar course. I would appreciate it if you could address my concerns regarding the offer expiration timer resetting when I open a new Udemy page on my laptop. It has sparked doubts about the authenticity of the website and the offers. Kindly reach out to my email promptly, as time is of the essence with the offer deadline looming. Thank you for your assistance.

This is my second attempt to contact customer service regarding an issue with a course I purchased that did not appear on my iPad. I have successfully received emails and had funds deducted from my account for five other courses, which promptly appeared on my iPad. However, on April 25, [redacted], $13.77 was debited from my account for the "Complete Oracle SQL Certification Course" by Imtiaz Ahmad, which has yet to show up. I have since downloaded a few free courses that appeared instantly. I am disappointed by the lack of communication from your end to assist me in resolving this matter.

Hello, I'm Calvin. I tried to sign up with the user ID [[redacted]], but it said the email was not available. So, I used my phone number as the email address [[redacted]], which was accepted. I then purchased three Python courses on Udemy. However, when I tried to log in again to start my course, it said my password was incorrect and welcomed me back as Calvin but did not show the username. Can you please assist me? Thanks.

I'm currently in the Python Django class and have just started the Python section. I followed the instructor's Python/Anaconda and terminal setup instructions, but I received a warning while in Atom/Terminal. It says the Conda environment needs to be activated and I'm looking for detailed instructions on how to do that. Thank you, M.W.

I purchased the Robert Peng Qigong course on Udemy. On the first day, I was impressed by a 3 1/2 hour video explaining the course. Unfortunately, on day 2, my computer issues prevented me from accessing Udemy and continuing the course. I plan to repurchase the course to study it over several weeks. I hope to receive a response to address my situation. Thank you - Michael S.

I had purchased multiple courses using an account linked to a Google email address. Unfortunately, I later deleted that email account and can no longer access the course videos. I created a new account with a different email and would like to merge the two accounts so that I can access the courses bought under my previous account. I have reached out to Emily from Udemy support via email explaining my situation, but my accounts have not been merged yet.

I am considering requesting a refund or obtaining a support phone number for assistance. I started with lesson #2 of the course, planning to resume where I left off due to time constraints yesterday. However, upon returning this morning, the course content seems entirely different, leaving me confused and frustrated. Each time I attempt to proceed, there are technical issues causing disruptions. I was engaged in "life-changing experiences" before, and now I am unable to progress to the next page. Additionally, I noticed a part one section now. Please provide guidance on how I can continue from where I left off. I intend to complete that section before revisiting page one. I hope to receive a prompt response to resolve this issue promptly. If not, I may refrain from purchasing further courses and express my dissatisfaction on social media platforms.

I have ample storage on my Android tablet and want to download courses for offline access. However, I am facing an issue where only a few sections of the courses are downloading, leaving many sections inaccessible for download. Even when attempting to download sections separately, the remaining sections do not appear for download. For instance, I tried to download a 10.4-hour course, but only 2 hours (15 out of 58 sections) were downloaded. The sections from 16 to 58 are missing. I have attempted to delete and reinstall the courses, but it seems Udemy courses cannot be deleted once purchased. This problem did not occur when I used my phone. I currently have a combined storage of 64GB and 128GB. What could be causing this issue?

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I'm reaching out on behalf of the diversity recruitment team at Goldman Sachs regarding a potential partnership for our Analytics Academy series this winter. We are interested in collaborating with courses that focus on business analytics and provide an introduction to data analysis, particularly with a strong emphasis on excel. Our aim is to host virtual events that complement your course and showcase how these skills are valuable at Goldman Sachs. Thank you for considering this opportunity, and we look forward to your response! Best regards, Mackenzie McCort **We would like to send this message to Udemy, but are currently unable to locate their contact information.

Sudden Price Increase in Cart I wanted to purchase three courses at a special low price listed on the app via my phone. Upon shifting to my computer to consolidate payment in a single transaction, I noticed a discrepancy. Two courses increased by ten dollars each, while another rose by twenty dollars. Despite being on the Fathers Day Special discount, the prices surged upon adding to the cart. This rapid price escalation seems misleading and questionable. Can Udemy clarify why such alterations occur within minutes of adding to the cart? Thank you, R. D. Saltz

Dear Forum Members, While on vacation with limited WiFi, I attempted to buy Dr. Sean Carroll's engineering series but faced connectivity issues. The series includes essential topics like Fundamentals of Structural Analysis and Mastering Shear Force Diagrams, priced at €10.99 each. Unfortunately, when I returned to complete my purchase, the prices had reset to their original rates. I am hoping to secure these courses at the earlier special price. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Mike B.

Hello Udemy Support, I have two questions. Firstly, I admit my mistake in purchasing the "Snapseed: The Definitive Guide" course using my Gmail account, [redacted], instead of my Outlook email where my other courses are linked. I am seeking assistance to combine my recent purchase with my Outlook account to have all my classes in one place. I have the confirmation email for the purchase. Secondly, please provide a download link for the Udemy app on my laptop. Despite attempting yesterday, I couldn't find the app icon on my desktop. Also, I am curious if I can access my purchased courses offline by installing the app on my laptop. If possible, kindly guide me through the process as I am new to using the app on a laptop/PC. On a side note, I have bought a total of 11 courses on Udemy. I simply want my most recent purchase, currently associated with my Gmail, to be linked to my Outlook email for centralized access to all my classes. Best, Jay F.

I accidentally selected the wrong language for the course "Master Your Brain." The online support initially was in an unknown language, but now it's in English. However, I still received an email in the incorrect language. I need all course materials to be in English, but I can't figure out how to change the language settings since the instructions are in a language I don't understand. I've managed to reach English support, but I'm hesitant to go back into the course without knowing how to change the language settings, especially since the recent email is also in the wrong language.

I am currently enrolled in the "Learning Backbone.js from Scratch" class and have completed the Models section. I am now looking to start the Models project practice but cannot find any instructions. Can anyone provide guidance on how to proceed with the project? I am seeking access to instructions or guides for the practice exercises at the end of each module in the class. Thank you. 17 hours ago If this link is where I can find my confirmation code: Source Codes If you are unable to download the source codes under the "Supplementary Materials" section of Udemy, you can download them all from this link instead: [redacted] I am receiving a "Too many requests" error message. It seems the link has been temporarily disabled.

Hello, I recently signed up for a new account last week and purchased a JavaScript course. However, I am unable to access my account because I forgot my password. Although I am still logged in on my mobile phone, I cannot change the password without remembering the previous one. I realized that I made a mistake during account creation by using the email address "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]" The email with the incorrect domain was created, but I don't receive the password reset link. I have now set up the email account with the incorrect domain to match my Udemy account, but I still can't reset the password. Is there a way for you to manually send me the password reset link? Thank you for your help. Best regards, Michał

I have already reached out to the help center about this. I have a specific inquiry - am I allowed to provide courses in languages I don't speak? The plan is to have a professional voice-over in place for the recordings. My original message: Hello, I am an educator with courses in NLP, Hypnosis, and Coaching available in both French and English. While I am fully bilingual due to my background, I also have translated versions of these courses in German and Spanish. Even though I am not proficient in these languages, I have hired translators and professional voice-over artists for these versions. Can I still offer the courses in these languages on Udemy? The courses will have the same instructor, content, and structure but in multiple languages. I am prepared to address any course-related queries, with my responses translated as needed for Spanish or German. Is this arrangement acceptable with Udemy? If so, how should I proceed to begin? Best, Alex

Hello, I have been taking courses for a few years now. I have always been able to access them from one computer. However, after resetting my Chrome browser on the computer I use the most to access my courses, the courses no longer appear in the "your courses" drop-down list. Additionally, nothing is showing in the "archived" section. I have attempted to reinstall my browser, restore Windows, etc., but my courses do not show up on one machine, even though there are no issues on the other machine where I use the same browsers. Have you encountered this problem before? If so, please provide guidance on how to resolve it. Thank you, J. D.

I am submitting an updated version of my previous complaint regarding the issue with accessing my courses on Udemy. Despite using multiple devices, including the computer I am currently on and a laptop that I have used for years, I am unable to view my purchase history or courses. This problem persists across different browsers on each device. Strangely, only one desktop computer grants me access to all courses and purchase history on any browser. Udemy has been unhelpful in resolving this issue, providing no solutions or troubleshooting options in their resources. I have been unable to reach a customer service representative for assistance. I am requesting that Udemy send me an email with instructions on how to restore my courses and purchase history before I lose access on my last remaining device.

I need help regarding my Udemy accounts. Three weeks ago, I deleted my Yahoo Mail due to excessive spam and didn't anticipate the issues this would cause. I tried updating my Udemy account to my iCloud email but forgot I had an old account linked to it. Now I can only access the iCloud account, not the Yahoo one with over [redacted] courses purchased in the last 5-6 years. I've reached out to Udemy Support, but they can't locate the Yahoo account. They asked me to verify the email, which I did. However, I haven't heard back from them. I'm looking to retrieve my courses or merge the accounts. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, Glenn M.
