I recently discovered a coupon code, COZY15, that allows me to buy the courses on my wishlist for only $15. However, after reading some comments, I see that some users are having difficulty loading the courses. I'm using an old MacBook Pro from [redacted] with slow DSL from ATT. I'm worried about whether I'll be able to access the courses smoothly on my laptop. I wanted to get in touch with someone to discuss this further. This promotion is only valid for today, and I wouldn't want to miss out. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I noticed some classes in my course list that I did not order, such as "Amazon FBA - Learn how to pick profitable products," "[redacted] eBay Powerseller Selling Secrets," "Smart Guide to Digital Marketing," "Marketing Strategy to Reach 1 Million - SEO and Social Media," "The Ultimate Digital Marketing Boot Camp," and "The Complete Market Research and Content Blueprint." I'm familiar with these topics and know I did not purchase them. Some of these classes are by Sergey Kasimov, whose teaching style I do not prefer. I hope I have not been charged for these courses. I will need to report this issue to PayPal for further investigation. Thank you for looking into this matter for me.

It has been quite challenging to reach out to you initially. I have been attempting to do so for the past three days. I accidentally made an error in a review regarding an instructor and was looking to correct it. Paula, the posture doctor, was truly amazing, and I realized that I neglected to select any boxes while providing feedback. I believe there might be room to reconsider the timing of when reviews are conducted. I found the process confusing since I had just begun the course, which led me to overlook completing the review properly. I genuinely admire Paula and would have rated her excellently in every category. Kindly update my comments to reflect the highest possible rating in all categories. Thank you. - Dana Simpson

I am experiencing difficulties in canceling courses and requesting a refund due to technical issues on the website. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps without success. I was able to provide a list of the first 10 class URLs that I want refunded. However, ongoing technical problems are hindering my ability to access the courses effectively. I have a Galaxy S8 and a laptop, ruling out device compatibility issues. Given the time constraints and persistent login issues, I need assistance urgently. I have listed the classes I wish to cancel for a refund below and would like the charges to be returned to my original payment method. I still intend to keep the remaining 10 classes if the technical issues are resolved promptly. I have attempted multiple times to buy courses, using both credit card directly or PayPal, but keep receiving this error message. I have reached out to my bank and PayPal, and both deny any issues on their end. It has been concluded that the problem lies with your website. I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing site problems, lack of communication, unresolved issues, and the dwindling time. I will have to forgo purchasing your product. Time is of the essence.

I am currently experiencing technical difficulties while trying to access the Comptia Network+ Jason Dion course on Udemy. The course interface is freezing, preventing me from pausing, changing speed, or viewing the videos properly. Even after closing my browser, the sound continues. This issue persists across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and different internet service providers, as well as on various devices running Linux or Windows. I have contacted Udemy support, but their response suggesting browser updates did not address the actual problem. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution despite my attempts to reach out for assistance.

On August 20th, I was notified by Udemy that my account was compromised, with the email address and password being changed. This has left me unable to access the [redacted] classes I purchased. After reaching out to customer support with ticket number ([redacted]), I provided screenshots of the notifications and some of the Paypal receipts as requested, despite not having access to all receipts. Despite multiple submissions of the information, the ticket was closed due to lack of response on my end. I am simply seeking access to my account restored so I may regain control of my courses.

I was looking for MAC classes and noticed a free course for Mac tips at the top, but the same course was listed for $10.99 below. I have used Udemy for free courses before, so I clicked on the free option assuming it would be added to my course list. Then, I clicked on a Mac presentation class with a person named Aaron, and a payment window popped up. I mistakenly thought I was paying for the presentation course. I actually want to take and pay for the presentation class and another Mac class for operating tips. Please refund the purchase I made on 9/18/18, and I will buy the correct one. Thank you! Julie D.

I am Fred Bulah, and I recently purchased my first Udemy course, "Docker Mastery: The Complete Toolset From a Docker Captain" by Bret Fisher. While engrossed in Chapter 4, specifically the Linux Setup section, the course abruptly stopped playing. I attempted to resolve the issue by clearing browser data on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, but the problem persisted. My internet connection is stable, as I can stream videos from various platforms without issues. This hindrance is truly disheartening as I aimed to complete this course before 11/27 and then proceed to another course, "Ultimate AWS Certified Developer Associate." I attached a screenshot showing a black screen with a white spinning circle that implies a loading problem. This display persists across all browsers. I appreciate immediate assistance to address this matter promptly, as it significantly impacts my learning experience. My account has been compromised, and the email associated with it has been changed without my consent. Despite reaching out to the help desk, I have not received any assistance yet. The email address linked to my account was [redacted], and I suspect the password was m102292H, as stored in my password application. After receiving an email notifying me of the email change to [redacted], I am concerned about the legitimacy of this alteration. It seems unlikely for Microsoft Office to use a Yahoo email address that is capitalized. I have invested significant funds into my account, with my last purchase occurring on Nov 22, [redacted], at 11:01:14 PM for $9.99 through PayPal. These purchases mainly consist of courses in Game Design, programming, art in Blender, and music production.

Payment issue still unresolved! I bought the course "Hacking Wireless Networks: Theory and Practice" by The IT Security Academy 10 days ago for $9.99. Despite my repeated attempts, I couldn't download it as it remained stuck on "Processing." Each time I checked, it was the same frustrating situation. Although the course eventually loaded today, I was shocked to see an additional charge of $34.99 on top of the $9.99 I had already paid. This is unacceptable! I demand a prompt response, an apology, and an immediate refund for the extra charge.

I purchased a harmonica course from Ben Hewlett for $19.99 on December 26, [redacted], through PayPal. I have not received any updates on the course. Have you emailed the course to me? Hello, I finished the journalism course in December [redacted]. I usually receive certificates by email from other courses I have taken, but I have not received it for this course yet. Hello, I recently attended an Angelic Reiki class taught by Lianne Douglas last week. I wanted to confirm if the attunement session was scheduled for today, as she typically does attunements on Tuesdays. I reached out to her to inquire about being attuned today and still have not received confirmation. The attunement was supposed to take place this morning at 10:15 United Kingdom time, which is 5:15 my time in Eastern Standard Time, USA. Despite contacting her through the Q&A, I have not received any responses to my questions. I've previously taken Reiki classes on Udemy where instructors set a suitable day and confirm via email, which was not the case here. I hope Lianne is doing well and has received my messages. During the Valentine's sale, I bought two courses from Udemy. The first was a speed reading memory course, and the second was the Mac Keynote course. I made the Keynote purchase late last night just before the sale ended. However, this morning when I tried to access the Keynote course, it was not in my course list but only on my wish list. I received a receipt from Udemy for a "tier 12" course at 5:43 AM with Order ID MKZTB4815M and Document number [redacted]56, indicating a purchase I do not seem to have received. The receipt for these recent purchases mentioned the courses as tier 12. While I successfully found and accessed the first course, the second one seems to be missing even though I paid for it. I sent an email last Friday querying about my account issues on Udemy for Business. Thomas responded saying they are investigating and will update me soon. My account is under "ekhpconsulting.udemy.com," where I am unable to add addresses. When searching for "ekhp.udemy.com," it does not appear. Even though I bought the enterprise solution with 25 licenses, it shows I have none left on ekhpconsulting.udemy.com. I'm eagerly awaiting a solution. Bill Peek from EKHP Consulting, LLC.

I had two accounts on Udemy. I was logged into one account with no courses and tried to delete it. I then checked the other account in a separate tab to ensure all my courses were there. When I confirmed that my courses were in the other account, I returned to the first tab and proceeded to delete the wrong account, thinking I was on the right one. I mistakenly deleted the account with about 12 courses I had paid for. I am upset and now realize that my login must have transferred between tabs when I hit delete. I feel helpless and plan to reach out to Udemy to try to restore my account and purchases. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Gertrude Chinake. I recently purchased SAP lessons from you and so far, I find them quite helpful. I’m inquiring about the initial steps of the lessons where the teacher, possibly named Siva Prassard, demonstrated how to install SAP on our machines. I bought 4 modules, but I am unsure if they include the SAP system needed for installation. Kindly clarify this for me and provide guidance on how to proceed if I need to purchase the SAP software. Additionally, I would like to know if there is a way to print out the notes that the teacher writes during the lessons to avoid constant note-taking and stay focused.
