Recently i have made a purchase of Assassin's Creed Valhalla on Epic store. But when i tried to play the game it just freeze at the Warning screen no matter how many time i uninstall the game. So i refunded and try to purchase from Ubisoft store this time. But today when i purchase it said fail to made payment. But the amount of money has been blocked from my bank account. What is the meaning of this ?
