You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-jelee's own words
I made a purchase for Just Dance Unlimited ****. Unable to access it. I believe it's because the account used for purchase is not under the primary console in which the account was made. Unable to switch the account to primary on new console bc there is no longer access to the old console. If this cannot be resolved I would like a refund because I am not able to use this Just Dance ** month Unlimited pass. The account that made the purchase is *****-****-****-****-****-*
