I'm having trouble accessing the Ubisoft store and Breakpoint. This recurring issue is frustrating. Despite recently purchasing the game for $60, it won't even open. There are no pending updates on my end. It appears the only fix is to wait for an automatic update from your company. Any insight on when this might happen so I can enjoy the game I purchased would be greatly appreciated. Despite these technical difficulties, I find Ubisoft games great, but these problems make me hesitant to buy from Ubisoft again.

Hello, I recently bought 2 Yeti Blackout microphones from Best Buy today using the $50 discount codes that came with each microphone. The discounts played a significant role in my decision to purchase these mics over the competition. After browsing for about an hour on the Ubisoft store, I selected a jacket and Far Cry New Dawn to buy using my discount codes. However, when I tried to apply the codes, I was informed that they were invalid, even though they are valid until 9/30/19 as stated on the card. I'm disappointed as I only made the purchase today. I can provide pictures of the scratched promo codes and the receipt of purchase to support my case. These promos were crucial in my purchase decision, and I hope that the issue can be resolved. Thank you and God bless.

Hello, I recently had a discussion with Mark K from Ubisoft regarding my trouble connecting to the Ubisoft servers. He shared some links with troubleshooting steps that initially worked. However, after the first successful attempt, I continued to face connection errors despite following the same steps. Interestingly, when I switch to my secondary Siege account on the same PC, everything functions correctly - the servers, my friends list, and digital content. This issue seems isolated to my main account as games like For Honor connect without any problems. I have attempted to reinstall Siege and Uplay without success. The discrepancies between the two accounts are puzzling, with only my main account experiencing these issues. My Uplay ID is GoldenYokaiYT. I suspect the problem lies within my Uplay account or with Siege since the game operates seamlessly on my alternate account. Your prompt assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have included photos and a video clip in the comments of my previous report, but feel creating a new case may be necessary for proper visibility.

Hello Ubisoft, I have always been happy with your products, and Wildlands remains my favorite game due to its fun coop multiplayer experience with friends. However, Breakpoint has been a disaster because of the loot drop system. When playing with friends, if one person cannot play for a few days, it affects the enemy levels upon rejoined gameplay. This makes it frustrating for the player catching up, as enemies are at a higher level. It disrupts the coop experience greatly. I suggest a hotfix to adjust the enemy levels similar to the Tier system in Wildlands, where players of different levels can play together seamlessly. Besides this issue, I am enjoying the game.

Ubisoft's decision to make Ghost Recon Breakpoint online-only, even for offline play, has left me extremely disappointed. It seems unfair to force players to stay connected just to enjoy the game solo. Many individuals I've talked to prefer offline play due to busy schedules, which is frustrating. I now regret my purchase because I can't access the game without an internet connection. I won't be purchasing another online-only game from Ubisoft. There was misinformation claiming that once an account is created, offline play is possible, but this is untrue. It would be more respectful to accommodate all players by allowing offline access for everyone, not just an online community. Sadly, I've lost faith in Ubisoft. - Dan

I recently attempted to upload a baby picture as my avatar for my uplay account. However, I received a ban notification. I believe this action was in error. The baby picture I attempted to use was fully clothed and did not violate any terms of use such as promoting terrorism, fascism, child abuse, or any controversial or divisive content. I kindly request for the opportunity to select a new avatar and address the issue with the approval system to prevent such rejections in the future. Your assistance in resolving this matter and allowing me to choose my avatar again would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently purchased For Honor and attempted to play it. I realized it is the locked version with only Russian and Chinese options. I would like assistance in changing it to English as I prefer to play in that language. I am from Georgia, and due to my country being partially occupied by Russia, I am not comfortable playing in Russian. I know many players encounter this issue, so I trust you are familiar with it. Apologies for any grammatical errors in my message, and I hope you can assist me. Thank you.

After reinstalling Rainbow Six Siege and logging in after a year, I discovered that my account had been hacked. Despite receiving multiple emails from Ubisoft about foreign IP addresses accessing my account, I mistakenly ignored them. Upon realizing my account had been compromised, I promptly changed my name back, updated my password, and activated two-factor authentication. I noticed that my ranked KD was unusually high, though I had never played ranked matches before. Additionally, my existing friends were blocked, and new ones were added without my knowledge. Regrettably, I had deleted the emails informing me about the unauthorized logins, thinking they weren't important at the time. I kindly request assistance in unbanning my account and resetting the ranked statistics. Thank you for your help.

I cancelled the free trial a few days before it ended because most of the games were not to my liking, mainly due to poor graphics. One game I played was slow and lacked online interaction when trying to connect with other players in "Splinter Cell Blacklist." Despite cancelling before the trial ended, Ubisoft continues to try and charge my billing account. I typically use this account to pay my bills online, but I am now concerned because these attempted charges are causing issues with my finances. I am hesitant to consider using this service again in the future as this experience makes me uneasy. It appears that even if I cancel due to financial constraints, I may still be charged.

I am bewildered by the ban on my Rainbow Six Siege account, Hxdes, for cheating. I cannot comprehend how this happened since I have never used cheats and do not even know how to operate them. I do not play with cheaters, and I have never encountered hackers in the game. I have played for years, recently shifting from Xbox to PC, and was planning to start a YouTube channel to share my progress. I am frustrated and confused by this unjust ban, considering my average stats. I demand an explanation for this wrongful ban and wish to have my account reinstated. It is unfair to lose all the progress I have dedicated countless hours to in the game.

My account has a glitch, and I'm very upset because I can't get anyone to help me through customer support. I'm a gamer who recently switched to playing R6 on PC after being a rank [redacted] player on Xbox. Since getting the game on my gaming PC a few months ago, I've encountered this glitch and I'm not sure what's causing it. I would appreciate it if I could get assistance from someone who games and understands these issues to help me resolve this problem. Thank you. P.S. My email handle is Hacker420v6, created when I was 15 and I'm now 20. I can't change the name, but I use it for everything. I understand it might be impacting my ability to get support, but please don't judge me based on my email choice.

My Rainbow Six Siege game seems to have a bug or glitch that has mistakenly flagged me as a cheater, leading to a permanent ban, which I find incomprehensible. I have always been a fair player, never considering cheating. The issue started when I had to re-download the game on the Epic Games launcher after a technical hiccup related to my Epic Games account. After reinstalling, the game would not let me play with friends, showing me an error message every time. Despite my efforts, the game glitch persisted, and when I attempted a 1v1 match with a friend, I was abruptly disconnected and informed of a permanent ban for cheating, even though this was my first offense. The stats displayed are also incorrect, showing abnormal numbers. As someone deeply invested in this game, I am devastated and seek assistance in resolving this unjust ban so I can resume streaming and playing the game I cherish. My username on Rainbow Six is Chronosofchaos.

I encountered a bug in Rainbow Six Siege that led to me being mistakenly banned for cheating. I am upset because I am passionate about this game, and I even stream my gameplay without ever considering cheating. The issue started after a similar bug with Fortnite, but my Epic Games account reset, affecting my Rainbow Six account. Despite having purchased the game and all the content, I was suddenly banned for cheating without any prior warnings. I have always played fairly and have never cheated in any game. I have invested in good gaming equipment and built a reputation as a fair player. I am perplexed by this ban and the accusations against me. I hope Ubisoft can investigate this matter and lift the ban so I can continue enjoying and streaming a game I love. My username in Rainbow Six is Chronosofchaos.

While my friends and I were playing Rainbow Six Siege, we encountered a technical issue that resulted in being unfairly penalized after a glitch during matchmaking. Despite winning a subsequent match, the MMR gained did not accurately reflect on our ranks due to the earlier problem. We were penalized unnecessarily, which impacted our progress and rewards. This has happened multiple times, causing frustration. It's disheartening to lose MMR we rightfully earned because of a game error. We hope for a resolution that restores the MMR we rightfully deserve.

Hello, I have been an avid Far Cry 5 gamer and online player since [redacted]. I am truly impressed with Ghost Recon Breakpoint. However, various glitches and oversights in development have hindered the game's full potential. These include "invisible" object vehicles, a broken weapon wheel, conflicting sync shot drone commands, glitched enemy grab commands, conflicting text commands in helicopters, and random player movements when sneaking. Another oversight is the roll command not interrupting animations or allowing rolling off ledges. Despite these issues, I see great promise in the game and even filmed my gameplay to post on YouTube, marking my first game review. Unfortunately, the glitches have caused 90% of my load screens and eventually led me to turn off the game live while playing in coop due to issues with the grab command glitch. As it's Halloween season and harvest time, I'm kindly requesting a $[redacted] Sony store credit instead of a refund.

I searched for Uplay+ and found free trial links. After clicking one, the site didn't mention the trial. I reached out to Ubisoft support on Twitter and their site 12 hours ago, hoping to clarify before signing up. An update: I received a tweet from Ubisoft, but haven't heard back after replying 34 minutes ago. I've been a loyal customer for 9 years and appreciate the company, but waiting 12 hours for a response is getting frustrating.

While playing Rainbow Six Siege at 10:30, I encountered an issue with my Internet connection. I was in a match with a player named MATTTHEBOSS and another player named DEAUTHED. Initially, I thought the problem was isolated to my Xbox, but I soon realized my phone's Internet was also affected. Upon reconnecting, I informed MATTTHEBOSS about the incident, only to learn that DEAUTHED had shared his IP address and claimed to be a booter. Subsequently, DEAUTHED continued to disrupt my connection, prompting me to seek a resolution for this disruptive behavior.

I experienced a frustrating issue with the game 'For Honor' by Ubisoft while trying to find a match on the 29th. Despite not being in a party, the game insisted only the "group leader" could select the match, disabling my orders. I tried various troubleshooting steps, including system restarts and uninstalling other apps, to no avail. After the game failed to download properly twice, indicating errors and a lengthy download time, I am at my wit's end. This problem is especially irritating as I've made significant in-game purchases for 'For Honor'. The disc is in pristine condition, adding to my confusion. I seek a solution to this glitch to enjoy the game as intended, free from these frustrating obstacles.

As a disabled gamer, I face challenges with the combat system in your latest games, Origins and Odyssey. Although I appreciate their quality, the new combat mechanics are exhausting for me. I have thoroughly completed most of the prior titles, with AC3 as my favorite. The remaster job on AC3 was excellent! I particularly enjoy AC Unity, which is my second favorite. The setting of Paris is stunning, and I adore everything about the game. I have been playing it since its release and intend to continue for years to come. I am limited to being a console gamer on Xbox One X due to budget constraints. Could there be a possibility for AC Unity to receive enhancements for Xbox One X? While remasters have been remarkable, I feel this game, which still has an active player base, deserves some upgrades, perhaps even just 1080p. It would be fantastic to receive information about any potential updates. I kindly request that someone reach out to a developer for insights on this matter. Thank you for your attention to my message.

Hello. I set up a Ubisoft account a couple of years ago, but I am uncertain if I used an old email address or if I am not receiving my password reset emails. My Steam account is connected to my Uplay account, so I can play my games without any issues, but occasionally it logs me out, and then I am unable to log back in... Furthermore, I am unable to update my email address without being able to access my Ubisoft account.
