During a placement match in ranked, I experienced a connection issue and got banned temporarily. Upon reconnection, I was placed in a new match only to face the same problem and subsequently got kicked again. Despite trying to resolve the issue, I received a ban for leaving the original match. I encountered difficulties contacting support and ended up with an additional 30-minute ban. As a result, I lost [redacted] MMR, which left me frustrated with the game. I'm seeking clarification as to why I faced repercussions for a server-related problem, and I would appreciate having my MMR restored and the affected games nullified. My account name is Sir_Schmeat, and I am an annual pass holder. The recurring nature of these issues is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I would like a resolution to this matter.

I recently tried to install the new Siege update to play the game after a busy period. Unfortunately, every time I attempt to play, it crashes my PC and results in a blue screen error. I encountered a pop-up asking about the "steam client service" and "battle eye," to which I clicked yes. Despite other players experiencing game failures, I believe it's not an issue with my PC as no one mentioned getting a blue screen error. I'm eager to play the game, especially with the new season released. Thank you, Ubisoft. -Josh

I believe that a player's Rank should not solely depend on wins and losses. It's frustrating when skilled players like me are hindered by teammates who are either ignorant, inexperienced, or simply not trying. Despite performing well individually in games, the outcome is often influenced by factors beyond my control, such as quitters, team killers, or inexperienced players. Winning every game single-handedly is impossible. Considering future improvements, it would be beneficial for the game to focus more on individual performance rather than just team success in ranked matches. This change could greatly enhance the experience for players like me. I appreciate your attention to this matter!

I am experiencing issues with the Ghost Recon Breakpoint open beta. I have the beta installed and ready to play. When I launch the beta and press my spacebar to start playing, the loading screen freezes and then the game crashes every time. I have tried several troubleshooting steps such as restarting my computer, hard resetting it, disconnecting and reconnecting my router, uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times, and running it as an administrator, but the issue persists. I was already disappointed with the morning delay, but I am still eager to play the game. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix the problem.

Upon logging into my account yesterday, I discovered that I have been permanently banned from Siege due to alleged DDoS attacks. This came as a shock to me as I have never engaged in such behavior. I typically play ranked games solo, and unfortunately, have encountered DDoSers on my team without being able to prevent their actions. I am a dedicated player with over [redacted] hours invested in gameplay and have made significant purchases, including special event packs and elite skins. Moving forward, I have resolved to only team up with fair players to avoid any association with DDoSing. I understand if a temporary ban is necessary but hope that my genuine love for this game is taken into consideration as I value playing on my main account.

In my Uplay games section, it shows that I do not own "Assassin's Creed Odyssey," though I have 4 out of 5 games. The game won't launch on my Ubisoft account. I originally bought it on Steam a long time ago during a sale. When I try to start the game, a Uplay tab pops up saying it will link the game to my account, but then another tab appears saying there's an issue with owning the product. I've tried contacting customer support, but haven't found a solution yet. Please help me resolve this issue.

Eight months ago, I got banned from the Ubisoft Game, Growtopia, for reasons that were incorrect. I have been attempting to address this issue with their support team but all they do is reiterate the game's rules and then close the case without considering my appeals. I am eager to communicate with a professional either through a phone call or live chat, but unfortunately, live chat is not available in Singapore where I reside. The ban I received is unjustified, and I have made significant progress in the game. It's disheartening to think that all my hard work could be lost due to a simple misunderstanding that could be easily resolved. I really need to get in touch with the support team, either through a call or live chat. Is there any way for me to contact them while being in Singapore? I attempted to open a support case, but it was promptly closed after they reiterated the game's rules.

I recently ordered the $[redacted] Ghost Recon Breakpoint "Wolves" edition, expecting delivery today, 10/1/19. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the labeling of the package at UBISOFT, resulting in UPS needing to re-route it for delivery tomorrow. I have been eagerly anticipating this game and the Cole D. Walker statue, so this delay is disappointing. I hope that UBISOFT can make this right by compensating me for the inconvenience caused by the mistake. As a long-time supporter of Tom Clancy's games and UBISOFT, I believe it's important to address these issues promptly to maintain a positive relationship with customers. I have submitted several requests in an attempt to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, no progress has been made so far. The problem I am encountering involves linking my Uplay account with my Twitch Prime account. Despite receiving the message "Accounts successfully linked!" in the game, I have not received any items. My Uplay account is under the username Baconatormjc on Xbox, and it is evident that my Twitch Prime account is linked. I am eager to receive my items, however, I have yet to receive any responses regarding this matter. Thank you.

Hello, a week ago my younger brother inadvertently got my account banned while playing with ddosers. As I was away working, I have just returned to my Xbox and discovered the situation. I'm disappointed by his actions as gaming is a genuine passion of mine, and I do not engage in cheating. I value the time and effort I've invested in the game and would appreciate it if you could assist in unbanning my account, considering I was not the one involved in the misconduct. I am seeking clarification regarding Ghost Recon Breakpoint to determine if there is a paywall associated with acquiring Spec Ops gear in the game. I am disappointed because this game seemed to be one of the best military simulation games available on consoles. Please contact me to discuss further. I have a suggestion that could potentially boost your sales. Consider not requiring players to spend real money on special ops gear, including blacked-out camos and khaki skins. Additionally, it would be great to see more military vehicles such as planes, helicopters like Chinooks, and Blackhawks incorporated into the game.

I have encountered instances in some games where, while joining a casual match solo or with a single friend, certain teammates engage in team killing, initiate vote kicks against me, and send me offensive messages. I urge Ubisoft to take action, such as banning these toxic players like lI DEVO Il and CrashCator. Their behavior, including team killing and making offensive remarks, needs to be addressed for a more enjoyable gaming experience. As a long-time player who has been around since the release of Caviera and Capitao, I hope to see measures taken by Ubisoft to improve the community or I may consider no longer playing.

While playing a ranked match in Rainbow Six Siege with my friend on Xbox, we lost, and I logged off. The following day, upon starting up the game, I received a message from Ubisoft indicating a deduction of [redacted] MMR due to a cheater in the match. Interestingly, my friend, who was on the same team, received the opposite outcome, gaining MMR instead. I want to highlight that I am not associated with cheaters and find this situation quite unfair and frustrating.

Hello, I was recently playing Rainbow Six Siege when an incident occurred. While reinforcing a wall, another player named Gyo placed a shield behind it. When my reinforcement interacted with his shield, it caused an explosion, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, including myself. It seemed like Gyo may have intentionally set up the situation as he was waiting behind the wall. Unfortunately, my actions led to a ban, which I believe was caused by this interaction. It's frustrating to lose rank and have to wait an hour to play again due to what may have been a tricky situation or possibly a bug in the game.

I recently purchased Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint, but I am having trouble accessing the game. After downloading everything and confirming my internet connection, the game takes me to the main menu but gets stuck on a loading screen with a spinning circle when I press X to continue. I have not been able to make any progress despite multiple attempts. I am unsure if the issue is with the game disc or another factor. I would like a refund or guidance on resolving this problem so I can enjoy the game properly. Any feedback or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I called the support number, and it directed me to live chat. I clicked on it, and now I'm here. Firstly, the support service is terrible. My main issue is with Ghost Recon. It was working fine yesterday on the launch date. However, this morning when I tried to start it, I received an error message saying, "File corrupted! This program has been manipulated and may be infected by a virus or cracked. This file won't work anymore." I have never seen an error mentioning a virus before. I had to clean everything, but now I'm unable to download the game again without paying for it. How can I download my game without having to pay again? Considering all the initial problems this game has had, I would prefer a refund. A game with these initial issues is not worth the $63 I paid for it.

It has been challenging to communicate with Ubisoft directly. Providing feedback via email should be easier for players like myself who want to share opinions on games such as R6 Siege and For Honor (Or For Honour in my spelling preference). Here are my thoughts on character balance in For Honor: Shinobi: Considered a weak hero. Ubisoft: Promises a rework! Players: Fear the rework will only make Shinobi weaker. Nobushi: Decent character lacking efficient opener moves. Ubisoft: Plans a rework! Players: Concerned the rework may prioritize light attack spam over strategic gameplay. Conqueror: Overpowered since release with an almost unavoidable shield bash move. Ubisoft: No significant changes... Players: Vexed by the dominance of conquerors relying on shield spam. Black Prior / Vortiger: Abuse of shield attacks with limited counters. Ubisoft: Appears indifferent to player complaints. Players: Genuinely struggle against Black Prior users. Shaman: Questionable design choices with a powerful kit from the start. Ubisoft: Maintains Shaman's strength. Players: Express frustration when facing or playing as Shaman due to her perceived unfair advantages. Improving communication channels for player feedback without bundling it with technical support requests would greatly benefit the community. Hopefully, Ubisoft can find a better balance by listening to players and enhancing gameplay without unintentionally weakening characters like Shinobi. Sincerely, Oliver

I am incredibly disappointed with the new Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Whenever I try to upgrade my weapons, the game kicks me out and reconnecting to the servers becomes a challenge. Playing on the PS4 Gold Edition is frustrating because the drones do not mark targets, forcing me to reveal myself to enemies. This version of Ghost Recon is by far the worst one released; it doesn't allow me to be stealthy as a ghost or conduct proper reconnaissance. At this rate, the breaking point is me regretting spending money on Ubisoft for such subpar gameplay.

I purchased the Atlantis DLC for Assassin's Creed Odyssey. After starting the initial gameplay, I encountered a problem where my game freezes on the loading screen when trying to enter the Elysium fields. This issue led me to delete storage on my Xbox, except for the games and apps. Even after syncing and logging back into my Xbox account, the problem persists. I can play from a previous save, but whenever I attempt to enter the Elysium fields for the Atlantis DLC, my Xbox freezes. I would like to continue using my own character without resorting to the generated shortcut. Is there a solution to resolve this issue?

Hello, while playing GR Breakpoint base game, I have noticed that many critics are focusing on the game's monetization system rather than providing helpful gameplay feedback. Personally, I don't have an issue with the Ghost Store as I am unable to afford it due to being disabled, but I am still thoroughly enjoying the game. However, I do have one major concern with the flying helicopters as they seem to constantly stop and start, making it difficult to chase after vehicles like gun trucks. It seems that traveling on foot is actually faster than using helicopters because of this issue. Despite this, I am in the process of creating positive videos for my channel that will showcase the overall game experience and the fun my friends and I are having.
