I've put in countless hours playing this game to earn my platinum charm. I was one game away from reaching it when I unexpectedly got disconnected during a match. Despite my internet connection being stable, I received a message stating "failed to connect to server." Upon logging back in, I found myself in a new competitive game, resulting in an unfair loss of my rank. Subsequently, the following game added to my losses instead of placing me in platinum as I should have been. I kindly request that my skill group be adjusted to display at the maximum skill level, allowing me to attain my platinum charm. This experience has been disheartening, as I have dedicated significant time to achieve this goal, only to have it taken away unjustly due to server issues. I hope you can assist me in resolving this matter.

While playing Rainbow Six Siege, I noticed that the other team was causing server issues, preventing us from accessing the building with the objective. Whenever we tried to spawn for an attack or plant the bomb, the server was disrupted, causing us to freeze. This unfair play affected our gameplay experience negatively. I hope that the game developers can address this issue, identify those responsible for compromising the servers, and take appropriate actions such as banning or kicking them from the game.

Last night, while playing ranked with my friends on Rainbow Six Siege on PS4, four of us encountered a persistent blue screen error that has been happening for the past week and a half. The issue occurs during the End of Round Replay, leading to an error code. I have reported this problem several times. It is unfair for us to lose ELO and Rank due to a game bug. Hitboxes continue to be a concern. Despite playing the game since Year 1, I am frustrated when shots to the head do not register, resulting in my opponents securing kills. Instances where I am killed behind walls due to hitbox registration issues are also disheartening. The prevalence of smurfs in the game, particularly higher-ranked players posing as lower levels, disrupts the competitive balance that should match players with similar skill levels. The gameplay experience on console has been disappointing, and it hampers the potential for improvement and enjoyment in the game. Addressing these issues is crucial, as unresolved bugs persist from the game's earlier versions. These challenges on console play are discouraging for players, especially those who seek to enhance their experience without the means to switch to PC gaming or connect with a new community.

I recently received a permanent ban for "toxic behavior" on Rainbow Six Siege, despite not violating any terms of service. The only potential issue I can think of is my use of harmless macros, such as typing phrases like "Bears, Beets, Battestar Galactica" or "Bazinga" in chat. I'm disappointed that I did not receive any prior warnings as outlined in the terms of service. I am a devoted player with over [redacted] hours on Xbox and [redacted] hours on PC, and being banned feels unjust given my commitment to the game.

On June 24th, I intended to purchase The Division 2 for a friend on sale for $43.41 including tax. I usually use Steam but thought Uplay had the option to gift games. After buying the game and realizing Uplay doesn't support gifting, I contacted customer service about the duplicate order but have not received a response yet. To resolve the issue, I later bought the game on my friend's account using my card. However, now I have two purchases of The Division 2 on my bank statement. I am requesting a full refund for the first purchase (Order number: [redacted]8) while keeping the second one. I appreciate any help Ubisoft can provide. Thank you.

Hi, my name is TC Basey, and I have an idea for The Division 2. I was thinking it would be great to have exotics weapons and gear sets from the previous game carried over, along with a new map that allows agents to travel between Washington DC and New York City, introducing new missions, raid-style incursions, and strongholds. Since both maps currently have world tier 5, merging them to create world tier 10 could provide agents with the chance to explore both Dark Zones. This could involve a significant threat where various factions unite under a rogue agent leader, similar to a character like Negan, who despises the Division and JTF. Players could uncover this storyline through a challenging mission involving a deceased JTF agent.

I have encountered consistent crashes while playing Assassin's Creed Origins, which I bought on Steam and have played for a total of 43 hours. The crashes cause my monitors to go black and my computer to lock up, forcing me to reset the Windows 10 interface through Windows Remote Desktop to regain access. I have tried adjusting graphics settings, have decent specs (16 GB RAM, NVIDIA [redacted], Intel Core i7 [redacted]), and run limited background applications. Despite attempting to address potential memory leak issues by restarting the computer, the crashes persist. While I occasionally receive crash reports, a resolution has evaded me. Considering the persistent crashes, I would like to request a refund for the game I purchased on May 25, [redacted], for $29.99. I have started a New Game+ on Infamous difficulty with only the Grapple perk, and I am struggling to complete the "No Way Out: Survive" mission. It seems impossible without the Health Boost and Journey Pack perks, which I cannot access until I liberate Dutch's Island. I have [redacted] perk points but cannot spend them until later in the game. Is there a way to acquire these perks for the mission without replaying the game on an easier difficulty first?

I've been playing Rainbow Six Siege since the beta and I'm a big fan of the game. However, there are a few issues bothering me currently. Firstly, I have purchased several elite skins and mostly liked them. But the Glaz elite skin I bought is no longer enjoyable to use due to changes in gameplay that make him less effective. I feel like I wasted money on a skin for an operator that is not as fun to play now. I would like a refund for the Glaz elite skin, even if it's in Rainbow Six Siege credits. Secondly, I have concerns about the event packs. While I appreciate the unique skins, I find it unfair that they are only available through randomized packs. It feels like a gambling system, especially when I have to buy multiple packs just to get one specific skin I want for an operator. This was frustrating during the Halloween event when I had to buy many packs to get the Thermite outfit. I believe it would be better if players could purchase the skins they like individually. Given the current controversy surrounding in-game gambling mechanics, it might be wise to reconsider this approach to avoid backlash. I genuinely enjoy the game and offer this feedback with respect. Hello, I am Santos C. I am experiencing an issue with my Rainbow Six Siege accounts. It seems I have two accounts, one with the game and one without. When I got signed out of Uplay, I tried to log back into the account with the game, but it redirected me to the other account without it. I need assistance in resolving this matter so I can access Rainbow Six Siege and potentially remove the unwanted account. The account with the game has the gamer tag Phinks.PT, with a spider image, while the other account, Phinks.5, has an anime character image. The account I wish to keep has a higher level compared to the other account. Your help in merging these accounts would be greatly appreciated.

I have two issues to address. Firstly, I mistakenly added an "a" after gmail.com, which prevents me from verifying my email and setting up 2-step verification. Secondly, when trying to buy R6 credits, I keep receiving an error message indicating that the information entered is incorrect. I am using Steam wallet for the purchase. Kindly reach out to me to assist in changing my email by removing the extra "a" or provide instructions. Additionally, I seek clarification as to why the purchase of R6 credits is unsuccessful. Dear community members, I wanted to bring up the recent Ubisoft Club challenge during the Playlist Showdown event that concluded today. It was expected that we would collectively achieve 5 million headshots within 5 days, but unfortunately, we only managed around [redacted],[redacted] headshots daily. Many Rainbow Six Siege players, myself included, were eagerly anticipating the release of the Bosg skin today. It seems communication may have been lacking regarding the expectations versus the reality of gameplay for many of us who cannot dedicate every hour to this challenge. Yesterday, I attempted to set up 2-step verification for my rank in Siege. However, after doing this, I encountered issues accessing the ranked mode. Following advice from a friend to log out of my Uplay account and log back in, I did so but was unable to log back into my original account. It seems I inadvertently created a new account with the username Oby_Pigeon, which is at level 3 with a different profile picture. My original account, Obey_Pigeon, was at level 8 with a profile picture of a pigeon. Trying to open Siege with the new Oby_Pigeon account led to a message about binding products which I found confusing. I also created another account, ObyPigeon, to attempt a fix, which is also at level 3 with a different profile picture. Despite my attempts, I'm unable to access my original account. Is there a way to delete the two new accounts and regain access to my original Obey_Pigeon account? I appreciate any assistance provided. Thank you.

After installing the latest Division 2 patch on Xbox One, I noticed several issues with my account. Progression Update: Initially, I had successfully completed the Theater progression, gaining access to the firing range. However, after the update, the Theater now shows only 3 out of 4 missions completed, with Art Rescue still pending. Inventory Change: Following my recent play session, my inventory contained 16 skill mods. Today, I found 16 Generic Protocol Mods instead, which are different from my collected items. The progression glitch is frustrating, but the inventory discrepancy is concerning. I request the return of my original items or an equivalent number of skill mods if retrieval isn't possible. My PS4 Pro went into safe mode after a player rage quit during our match. I was playing my final game of the night when our team secured a win, but the player who was killed last decided to quit, causing everyone else to disconnect. My PS4 got stuck on a grey screen with the R6 logo, froze, beeped, and turned off. After restarting, I was prompted to update the system. Unfortunately, I lost all my saved video clips and data stored on my system. I had to replace the HDD, hoping to fix the issue and save my game progress. I am concerned about my booster extension, which had two days left, and whether my renown and operators are still intact. I hope to have this addressed. Thank you. Jordan

I am experiencing issues with Far Cry Blood Dragon not launching on Steam. I have tried multiple sources for a solution, including FAQs, but without success. The situation worsened when I was logged out due to too many attempts, not allowing me to access support without logging in, forcing me to create a new account to seek help. Concerns to address: 1. Far Cry Blood Dragon not launching on Steam and the inadequacy of your play portal has been a persisting issue since [redacted], as reported in various forums and FAQs. 2. Being logged out of my account due to the system and game flaws was frustrating. It was inconvenient and required unnecessary steps to reach out for assistance. A more efficient system like Steam's would be beneficial. 3. The inability to access customer support without an account is problematic. If locked out due to errors, creating a new account to resolve the issue is unreasonable. This makes it feel like customer care is not a priority, which reflects poorly on your business.

I encountered a particularly upsetting player in a casual match on Rainbow Six Siege while playing on my Xbox One console. Despite being accustomed to dealing with toxic players, this individual took things to a new level. Upon joining the game, he immediately attempted to kick me out of the match. When this failed, he resorted to team killing me as soon as the game started, despite missing his shots. In a text exchange, he revealed his actions were motivated by my lower rank as a copper compared to his gold one. Throughout the game, he mocked my performance, making the experience incredibly unpleasant. When I confronted him about his behavior, he callously thanked me. This negative encounter has discouraged me from wanting to continue playing. I believe it is essential for mechanisms to be in place to report and address toxic players to maintain a positive gaming environment for all.

While playing AC Origins, specifically The Hidden Ones expansion, I encountered a glitch during the side quest "The Setting Sun." In this quest, there is a room with platforms that Gamilat needs to use to reach the upper floor. However, in my gameplay, Gamilat fails to sit on the platform with a movable part as shown in tutorial videos. Instead, he ends up under the platform, which hinders progress. This issue has occurred multiple times, and I am seeking assistance from Ubisoft to address and resolve this problem. I have attempted to troubleshoot this myself without success.

My boyfriend and I are experiencing issues playing our disc copies of Ghost Recon Wildlands on the PS4. Whenever we attempt to play together in quickplay or ranked sessions, we are getting kicked from the Ubisoft servers with the error code Oruro-[redacted]. Strangely, this is the only Ubisoft game that causes this problem for us. Despite having open NAT type statuses and being in close physical proximity, we are unable to play together. Initially, when we first got the game, we could play together without any problems. However, since late September [redacted], we have been unable to do so. We both spent a total of $[redacted] on the games and it is frustrating that we cannot enjoy them together. We had hoped that this issue would have been resolved by now.

I am writing to report some major game-breaking bugs in Assassin's Creed: Unity. I originally purchased the game on a disc in [redacted] and enjoyed it until I lost the disc. Having no luck finding it in local stores, I bought the digital version from the PlayStation Store. Unfortunately, upon starting the game, I encountered significant bugs and glitches: - The main character's animations lag and freeze. - Character falling through the map. - Enemies freezing in place, making them unresponsive. - Character glitches, including spazzing out and model jumping. - Getting shot while climbing ladders results in the character floating in mid-air.
