I'm locked out of my email I have created a new email & updated Ebay my purchase of the Capitol defender pack has gone to my old email today as i bought it off Ebay today & the sale went fine until I redeemed it on the ubisoft site & the code got sent to my old email so I cant get my order I also need to change the email with ubisoft
GetHuman2618509 did not yet indicate what Ubisoft should do to make this right.

I phoned their UK number spoke to a ubisoft's customer service employee they swapped my old email for my new one & retrieved my division * code & sent it to my new email they have excellent customer service!!
