I'm having trouble accessing my blue and silver exo skeleton spine Backpack I reached level ** in ghost mode and I wonder if you guys can please help me access this. I have already unlocked the backpack I just need to color. I recieved the **** prestige credits for reaching level ** but the blue and silver color is still locked. I am currently on tier ** as i type this message and still have my profile on ghost mode. My gamer tag is RonnieJames*** and the email for my xbox account is *****@***.com
