Me and my friend buy all of our games online without having to go to the store. We also game share so we don’t have to pay more than what is needed for both of us to play the game. We pre-ordered the division * ultimate edition and there is multiple things that come in the package. My friend bought the game and game shared the contents of the game to me. For some reason I got everything including the dlc, I started the game up and it was working normally. I went I equip the dlc gear and it was not there but it said I downloaded it. I don’t know why this is doing this, this has happened before and I thought it was coincidence but this is weird. I don’t know why this is happening.
