Help with my Ubisoft issue
GetHuman-jacobjef's next move: talk to Ubisoft when they open.
Ubisoft's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jacobjef a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-jacobjef's own words
I would get into a rank match with some friends then I get disconnected, When I try to reconnect I’m in a new rank match, And then boom after a couple of rounds I lag out again, I try to reconnect and then boom in a new ranked, After it happens again, I try to reconnect boom new game, I’ve tried resetting my game, router and Xbox many times, Now you may ask why would I search for so many games in ranked well, cause I’m trying to play and rank up, Now my question, a why am I still being out into so many rank games?, I’m currently in * games as of this moment, this never happened in previous seasons, Fix Your Servers Please?? Like why is it possible to be put into another game?? And oh as I’m typing this I’m still in a party with my first squad and one of them lagged out, He tried reconnecting and apparently is in a new game also, there is so many things wrong with Ubisoft from servers to transactions issues, Raibow Six Siege Is such a fun game but if it wasnt owned by you guys, It would be the greatest game right now. That’s all I gotta say for that but since I’m typing this, I had a an issue awhile back when I first purchased the game via Microsoft store, I had the disc but the it had some problem (my fault), But I had purchased the Full Game year * bundle, I would basically get all the operators, r* credits and the game, Only thing I didn’t get was my r* credits I looked into it but didn’t care as much so if you can also do something about that, Sorry for rambling but man things need to get fixed.**Platform: Xbox One S*Gamertag: Illusions Skill
