I purchased Assassin's Creed Odyssey twice by accident. I have the receipt for my pre-order purchase and a keychain that I received from Gamestop. If I need to provide that as evidence I am more than willing to sent a picture providing that. I Spent $**.** from the Ubisoft store and would like a refund please. I already submitted a ticket explaining this but it does not seem like it is doing much. It is absolutely crucial that I get a refund because that is a lot of money and I will not have a use for two versions of the same game. My case number is ********. Thank you for your time!
