I recently purchased the year * dlc for Rainbow Six: Siege. Upon purchase I received what was told would be given except for Finka. I have Lion from before purchasing the season pass so all I needed was Finka. Fast forward one week and then she is available for me, I customize her and play several matches with her. The very next day I wake up to find that she is yet again unavailable! It says I have to pay for her when I already had her! What do I do?
