after attempting an update to the firmware on my cloud key gen * as I've done many times before, the key rebooted to a solid white led and is unreachable by browser. I can ping the key with response, and I can see it in the arp table. I would like to recover my key using the recovery process using the reset button and power on and upgrade the firmware from file that I've already downloaded however the key is normally in the basement where it is difficult to get to and would like to do this using a POE injector on my main floor by my computer until it is recovered and working again. PLEASE help. I tried your phone number but was of no value.
GetHuman3728095 did not yet indicate what Ubiquiti Networks should do to make this right.
