We recently moved our Ubiquiti network to a new subnet behind a SonicWall Firewall. When trying to access the NVR and cameras from a remote site, across the Internet, we are getting intermittent results. Yesterday there were times when we could connect to the NVR and see the list of cameras. We could see they were beign granted the correct IP addresses from the pool, however when we would try to connect to a live feed from a camera, it would display the image of the scene it was monitoring for about * seconds, and then the image would just go black. This morning I can to connect to the NVR at all. This has happened over the last few days as well. The latest error message I am getting is "Cannot Connect to NVR". We have verified the cabling is in place and we were at least periodically seeing the list of cameras yesterday, but it is just not usable at the moment. Do you have any suggestions?
