Hello, I recently made a purchase from Birdie Brontos over the weekend. However, I encountered several issues with my order. The delivery took over two hours, even though the restaurant is a short 4-minute drive from my house. My order was passed between two drivers before reaching me. When it finally arrived, the food was not warm, the chips were undercooked and lacked salt, and the burgers were cold, messy, and lacked sauce. The chicken in the burgers was dry and tasted old. Additionally, the chicken poppers were not only cold but also overcooked and tasted old. I am disappointed with the way this situation was handled, as I have faced similar problems with Uber and their restaurant partners before. This recurring issue is concerning regarding the future of fast food service.

I never received my order. After contacting the driver, he claimed he couldn't locate me. Despite his message stating he left the food at security, it was not there. Surveillance footage from our building's reception showed him leaving with the food. The charge for the order is on my account, leaving me frustrated and feeling cheated. I am requesting a refund and appropriate measures be taken regarding the delivery person.

I made a purchase at Church's Chicken ([redacted] East Broadway) on December 19th for $42.65. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order when I went to pick it up. I received a notification that the food was ready, but upon arrival, I was informed they were closing early and had run out of chicken, so they canceled my order without notifying me. Since I did not receive any products or services for the $42.65 charged, I kindly request an immediate refund to the card ending in [redacted].

Hello, I want to report unauthorized activity on my credit card used for fraudulent purchases on Uber Eats. The person misused my card through the Uber app to buy food. I am the cardholder and seek legal assistance to obtain the delivery address and the name of the individual who made these transactions. The card is an Itau Mastercard with the first six digits [redacted] and the last four digits [redacted]. The purchases were made on November 25th, December 2nd, and December 5th. My first order was from Chick-fil-A, and I waited over an hour for my food. Unfortunately, it was canceled after paying $60-$70. Disappointed, I decided to order McDonald's, which was quick. However, when I got back to my room, I discovered two whole meals were missing, not just one. To make matters worse, I noticed over 20 charges for Uber on my bank account. I only used Uber around five times and did not authorize these additional charges. I would like a refund for the missing McDonald's meals and confirmation that my card was not mistakenly charged $70 for the canceled Chick-fil-A order.

I had an active Uber Pass until Jan 7. However, when I tried to place an order, it kept asking for a $9.99 payment and wouldn't process the order unless I paid. I cancelled the order to avoid the extra charge. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the $9.99 was still deducted from my bank account. I only had $20, and you took $10 without authorization. Now, I am left with limited funds. I am requesting a refund for the unjust charge. Thank you, and stay safe.

Hello, My daughter tried to order a takeaway on her phone for £10 using my card, which was declined. She then used her card, which is in my name but hasn't been used before. She also attempted to apply a discount code for £10 off, but the full amount was charged instead. I am quite frustrated by this experience and it has made me hesitant to use UberEats again. Today, I received an order, and unfortunately, the driver handed me two large paper bags that both ripped, causing gravy and food to spill all over my new grey carpet. I reached out to Uber and they provided a refund, which I appreciate. However, the carpet remains stained. When I contacted the restaurant, they mentioned they were aware of the issue but the driver ignored their advice. My carpet is only two months old and cost me £[redacted]. I have noticed charges on my account from August [redacted] to November [redacted] for deliveries I did not authorize or receive. I reside next to a vacant townhouse, and I suspect someone may have mistakenly used my address. Despite attempting to contact customer service via phone and email, I have not received any reply. I would like a refund for these unauthorized charges, as they are fraudulent and were not made by me.

I placed an order, and they changed the delivery time three times. Initially, it was delayed by half an hour, then by 10 minutes, and then by 20 minutes. I'm not far from the place, and it kept showing that my order was being prepared, but no one showed up to collect it. My kids were hungry, so I had to cancel and buy something else from the store. Today, I found out they didn't have a delivery partner available. How was I supposed to know they would take more than an hour within the first 5 minutes? I want a refund. It's not fair. The one responsible for not having a delivery partner available should pay. I need a refund to be able to order again.

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and attempted to cancel it. Unfortunately, there was no cancellation button available. The restaurant informed me they hadn't started preparing my food but said I needed to contact UberEats for a refund. Upon accessing the website, the web chat only provided automated responses that were not helpful. I couldn't find a phone number or email to contact for assistance. Please, I would appreciate it if my order could be canceled promptly, and a refund issued since the food was not prepared by the restaurant.

My account was deactivated, and I believe this was unfair. Despite my efforts, dealing with my condition (cerebral palsy), customers were unsatisfied and even used discriminatory language towards me. I feel mistreated and would like to request the reinstatement of my job if possible. Some orders required me to climb stairs, which was challenging due to my condition. When reaching out to customers, I often did not receive responses. Additionally, technical issues caused the app to inaccurately mark orders as undelivered due to connectivity problems, despite me providing proof through photos and diligently contacting each customer. I seek assistance in resolving this situation and reclaiming my job.

I placed an order for food and the app showed it was delivered, but it wasn't. The driver mentioned there was a mix-up, so I reordered the same items at an additional cost. I've been unable to contact anyone to get an update. I'm frustrated as I need to work tomorrow and haven't had dinner. This is the second time my wife and I have ordered. The first time, she ordered a Lebanese dish with cheese sauce, but it arrived without any sauce. The second time, she ordered a mixed plate with a request for little sauce and no fries. I ordered a double cheeseburger and asked for a straw. Our order arrived with too many fries and sauce, no straw, a cold cheeseburger, and the cheese was hard due to the cold. This is unacceptable for an order costing 26.84 euros!

Hello, Today, I placed an order which the website indicated as canceled for an amount of €71.39. As it was canceled, I reordered for €89.29 from Meister in Créteil. The delivery drivers brought the orders one after the other. I refused the first one that had been canceled, and the driver took it back. He advised me to contact you for a refund, which is why I'm sending this email. Please cancel the €71.39 transaction that I did not accept and confirm the cancellation. Thank you. I placed an order on Uber Eats on December 16, [redacted], at 6:00 PM for a meal. The total cost displayed before confirming the order was £15.75, plus Uber fees of £2.87, making it £18.65 after a discount of £5.25. To my surprise, they are intending to bill my credit card the full amount of £23.89, which includes the discount added back without notification or explanation. I attempted to reach out to Uber Eats online with no success, even sending them an email that went unanswered. I did not approve the increased charge, and it appears to be a website error as the balance shown when I placed the order was £18.65.

I am extremely upset with the way my issue has been handled. After multiple attempts to reach out, I finally received a message saying my complaint will be passed on, which is not satisfactory. I am demanding a refund instead of just filing a complaint. The lack of proper communication and resolution has left me frustrated and disappointed. On December 3rd, I placed an Uber Eats order and intended to use an Uber Eats gift card to cover $[redacted] of the total amount. However, there was a glitch, and my American Express card got charged the full amount instead. I have been unable to reach Uber Eats for assistance, as they do not have a customer service phone number. I would like to request a credit of $[redacted] back to my American Express card to correct this error. The American Express card used belongs to Nicole R., and I am handling this issue on her behalf. The phone number associated with the account is no longer in use. The gift card number used is NAADE5P6U6RV9M9Y, and the total charge on my card was $[redacted].51. On December 18, I used an Uber Eats offer for a $15 discount which was not applied to my subsequent order after the first one was canceled due to non-delivery. Uber Eats converted the tip from the initial order into Uber Cash, not informing me of this change. It was frustrating for my family and me to deal with the inconvenience, especially as we couldn't track the first order. I request a refund of the tip amount ($9.62) that was retained as Uber Cash and to have the $15 discount reinstated on the second order placed that day. I received a promotion that supposedly expires on December 24th. However, when I tried to use it today, it showed as expired, even though it's not. Uber Eats is not accepting the promotion. Offer expires on December 24, [redacted], at 12:00 AM. It offers up to 50% off of three orders with a minimum of $30 before fees. You must have received the email directly from Uber to qualify. Additional fees, including a Small Order Fee, may apply. The maximum discount is $20. Remember to enter the promo code in the app before finalizing your order.
